It is somewhat disappointing as when we booked the room it says it has a city view and what we saw are just roofs of the adjacent structures. The swimming pool is also under construction and that if we need to swim they can bring us to another hotel (Dusit Hotel) We also requested for an additional bed (which we thought we have paid already upon booking) and was told that we have to advice upon check in of this request. The staff also informed us that we did not pay for it upon booking with Agoda. This is really confusing....

No Privacy from house keeping
D&D sign was left on the door. We were extremely tired, jet lagged etc but house keeping was still knocking on our door early in the morning. Never experienced that in any hotel ever.

Incapable of providing a wake up call!
For the 3rd time they did not provide the wake up call. As a business travel your time is money. This is the last time I intend to stay at the Ascott!

Great Hotel
This is a great centrally located hotel in Manila with excellent service and facilities. Not the cheapest by any means but worth the money to stay in comfort.
