Great location

The staff were friendly. Security was good. Location very strategic for business and shopping. Glorietta landmarks and greenbelt are just a 300 meters away.food is also very convenient with many varieties.mini shops n seven eleven is nearby.
However it still uses old air condition and tv. Without wifi makes things inconvenient.

happy stay at apartmment/hotel big space got dining table, fridge, aircond good very cold. check in & check out fast service. used the kitchen utensil at no charge.

if want buy cheap souvenior go to Divisoria very cheap and Backlaran

Affordable place but not really clean

oldfashioned style of furniture. Room did not really looked clean. For purpose of our stay (visit Embassy) the location was extremely convenient, all at walking distance, saving a of taxi-fare. Taxi-drivers hardly know where to find this hotel, so be careful or otherwise ask for greenbelt stop if you do not carry luggage.
Shopping Tip:
Greenbelt, Landmark and Glorietta are reachable in a few minutes walk

Stay was generally good. Checking-in was a little bit inconvenient though as one has to go up to the second floor rather than the typical first floor or ground floor hotel reception. Room was clean and size was ok although I was hoping for a room upgrade just like my previous stay. Perhaps they should offer such freebies to frequent guests even if these guests are availing of the promo rates because the promo rates are the same promos that can be availed by any visitor, whether old or new.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is very close to Glorietta and much closer to Greenbelt, walking distance in face so there is no need to get a cab (maybe after shopping but not before) to reach from point a to point b. This advantage becomes more pronounced when one sees the long lines waiting for the nowhere-to-be-seen cabs.

Not very good choise for the price

hotel has a good location in makati city - near a big shopping center (green belt/gloria/sm) and museum.
but hotel is very small: lobby is on the second floor in the same place as parking bad looking place.
rooms are average, but big with small kitchen!
air con is very noisy and located diretly near the bed - i cannot sleep all days and woke up with terruble headache! but it is impossible witout it because it was +35 degrees celsium.
so i beleive that there should be a better choise for this price.

I liked it very much. You feel like you are in your own home. It's clean, spacious, all the amenities you need in a home is there. In fact I'm going back there at the end of next month.
The staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. It a walking distance to 5 star hotels, restaurant and shopping center.
