Proximity to the malls - greenbelt, glorietta, landmark. Clean, Affordable!
uncomfortable bed. the mattress is as hard as a wood!
For 4 days of staying my family got a backaches and shoulder sprains. The bed is as hard as a wood, not even firm. The bed linens are cheap. All we ever wanted is a a bit cushy bed, but instead it was a total bummer. Other than that the room cleanliness is great. The food is not appetizing.. So better buy your order outside breakfast or eat at nearby coffee shop/ morning restaurant.

large room, with good facilities - microwave/fridge/dining table etc.
Efficient and friendly check in staff
bit shabby - remote for TV did not work, extractor fan in washroom and AC were very noisy
Good location for the money. Hard to find reception (2nd floor car park!). Room was large and kept clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Needs attention to detail and maintenance. Good hot water supply, but small tank means a quick shower. Would stay again for business, probably not for family.
Shopping Tip : Close to Greenbelt complexes - one of the best in Manila

In Makati near shopping. A Taxi is always available. Seems to be no crime.
No wifi in the hotel, went across the street to Bo's coffee for free wifi.
I read reviews before choosing a hotel in Makati. I noted many complaints, but I understand that in a place with such high humidity is is hard to keep things looking like new. So yes the paint looks old and there is always somewhat of a damp smell, but I have been to Philippines before and I was satisfied with the place. It was like a small apartment and was a nice place to rest at night. There is a 7-11 next to the entrance, very handy for drinks and snacks that I took to my room.
Hotel Feature Tip : The pool is on the roof top. Very nice veiws of the city. We were the only ones in the pool the day we used it.
