the breakfast was never on time, and seemed to be purchased outside. but still ok, and included in the rate. location was great, overall not bad value.
Hotel Feature Tip:
No internet, but several internet cafes nearby. Good location for Greenbelt shopping and restaurants

i was surprised that the room was quite big with a refrigerator, microwave, couch, dresser, dining table for 2, and some cooking tools such as pans and pots. the room was clean and comfortable. toothbrush and toothpaste are not part of the toiletries provided. food was not that good. delivery of breakfast was late and food was not warm. you can opt to eat at the restaurants across the street or walk to greenbelt, which is just 10 minutes away from the hotel. there is also 7-eleven and pan de manila a the ground floor. overall, it was a very nice experience staying here.

Great location but weird front desk

Front office staff seems not familiar with my online booking, thanks that the supervisor was there who gladly accommodated our needs like leaving our bags for safekeeping as the rooms were not ready yet upon our arrival. The rooms are very clean, spacious, nice view, fragrant and fully equipped with our needs. I will recommend the hotel to my friends and relatives considering the location, amenities and the price. The only thing I found difficult to access is the front desk located at the 2nd floor where you have to make 2 right turns in a narrow aisle (garage area) before reaching the room for check-in counter. When you want to go to the ground floor area, you have to pass again the same route and wait for a few minutes for the elevator. A stair could have helped us in moving down instead of waiting for the elevator at the garage area or walking down through the vehicle ramp.

Great location. Close to green belt 5. There are many resturants around the area, grossary, nice cofeshope. easy to get taxi.

The front desk is located at the 2nd floor. The front desk staff are smile and try their best to help you. They give us late check out. I wish there is safety box at the room.

Decent hotel in a good location

The hotel is quite adequate, and the staff was friendly, even though I arrived (with a fellow traveler) very late at night (near midnight) due to airplane delays. The front desk processed us quite promptly and courteously.
The hotel was difficult to find, even for an airport taxi. Access (thru a parking garage) is a bit unpleasant, but not sure it can be avoided.
"Breakfast" was extremely light. More of a "snack".

hotel is a condotel type,i have stayed in the "superior room" what i like about it is the room's quite big for a hotel,.hotel service is good and on time,theres a small pool on the upper pent,and it has 7/11 convenient store right beside the hotel so if your in a tight budget you can just go to this store and a 10 mins.walk going to glorieta and landmark mall.

Like the stay there. Been there a few times already. close to many amenities. A safe place to be in too. Disadvantage for those on biz as there is no wifi availability. Sometimes need to check impt mails late in the nite but cant do so..Mgmt shud seriously look into this..
