The room was clean and spacious.

They are very strict with accepting guests to your room. For a one bedroom suite they will only give you 1 key. Requesting for another key will cost you 1500. Also, you can only borrow their ice bucket for 2 hours. Utensils (extra plates, bowl, etc) have corresponding charges as well. I didn’t really enjoy my stay there.
The breakfast buffet wasn't that nice too.

Perfect for families
Location is very good, helpful staff, modern amenities, spacious living room and clean rooms.

We always stay here and never had complaints except for the small bed on the 1BR suite. But the sofa on the living room was very comfortable that it can also serves as a bed for one extra person.
Buffet breakfast is good and the pool is a great addition for families traveling with kids.

One of the best 4-star hotels in the metro. We enjoyed our overnight stay here and vowing to check in again in the near future. Breakfast food is delectable and has wide array of selection. The female front office personnel should be more amiable though as they seem not approachable. The male attendant who checked us in was okay and very helpful.

3rd visit to Astoria

Here is a part of an e-mail I've sent to Astoria for my comments. Just today, I received a call from the manager of the hotel and she personally apologized for what happened during our last visit.
(Hi! I've been in Astoria three times. We just had our last visit from Feb 13-15. We wanted to celebrate the Valentines day in Astoria. We enjoyed our first two visits, so we were hoping we will definitely enjoy the third visit. Unfortunately, it was the other way around. Of all the rooms we had, this room was by far the worst in terms of maintenance. Room ____ was okay if only it was maintained properly. Here are some of the things we noticed that were not good...
1.) electric stove not working (we had to call engineering TWICE, they did not respond ASAP)
2.) DVD player working but cannot connect to the TV (it says no signal)
3.) shower is definitely NOT working.)
Basically, it was still a good stay except for some maintenance issues.

Hotel staff are very friendly except for one front desk staff that was not very accommodating about a request i made. The rate I got was worth it especially through Agoda. Rooms are nice and the airconditioning is strong.

I would like to commend the front desk manager, Tey for being accommodating and fast in the response about my complaint. The rate I got through Agoda was worth my stay. Rooms are nice and the airconditioning is strong. However, the bigger flat screens should be placed in the bedroom rather than the living room. There should also be two audio-video cords availablle (one each) for the digi-box and the dvd. I had to switch cables when I had to use the dvd player. The hotel should replace their towels into new ones. Food were also not as good as I expected. Choices in the breakfast buffet are very few....

the room is a quite big and it's really confortable to stay! they also have a spa.

I stayed with my friend two days. the room was quite big,very confortable. it was like my new place. we also went to the spa. we wre relaxed by it and could sleep well. I would love to stay there again and much longer! location is good ,too.

However, the bath towels are old and the facial tissue available in the bathroom had an unusual smell. The bedroom slippers were also too thin. It was almost like I was using a paper...
Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Astoria and I will definitely go there again.

we had an enjoyable 18 days stay in Astoria, The staff are courteous and polite, breakfast buffet was one i always looked forward every morning. Our relatives and friends can visit us anytime and can even stay. There is no charge for extra linens.I appreciate the fast and efficient service of the staff.The hotel is close to shops and malls and most especially short walk to the church.There are other restaurants close by when you are hungry.The rooms are spacious, free wi fi,taxis are always at hand, aside from free shuttle. fast service at reception desk.
