Families with older children Philippines, May 07, 2013	Dissappointing I can only name 3 bad things 2.7 1)Air-con was old and not cold at all. 2)The room got a lot of ants (On the table,in the toilet, some on the bed) 3)No water boiler, no cups, hotel will charge you for every requests. ie. Corkage charge for a bottle of sparking juice? charge you for fork and plate?...etc 4)One small bottle of water charge by hotel allow you to buy a 4 liters bottle with a top up of just 20 peso. Suggest you to buy bottle water at convenience store. 5)Toiletries: Shampoo provided look expired. Saw dried shampoo outside the bottle cap and the smell of the shampoo was't pleasant. 6)Your Guest/s is only allowed to stay until 10pm. If they are still in your room, They will call you to remind you that they will charge for extra person staying in the room with or without bed. I thought at first they wouldn't be so strict. My brother sent us to the hotel around 10:15 pm. And after 10mins, they already called us to remind us. It is really disappointing and not value for money. Regret staying in the hotel for 3 days.

Not suitable for families or couples wanting more amenities. No wifi in rooms but the wifi in lobby and business centre is very good and free. Hotel starts on 15th Floor. Below are many small shops. Within 5 minutes walk are bus terminals for Jackliner and JAM and the taxi ride to airport is 15-30 minutes for only 150pesos. The tiling in bathrooms need alot of work. Many cracked tiles and mould stains (though not mouldy).
