I like the location as you will enjoy viewing metro manila particularly manila bay along Roxas boulevard. The personnel are just great. I could not tell any weakness since I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I enjoyed my stay at Atrium hotel and it is worth to come back again. The best thing which i will always remember is the overlooking manila bay while I was at the terrace in the 21st floor. The room is very clean and the staff are just great. I feel very secured while staying at the hotel.I will tell my friends here in Jeddah that they will not regret in staying at Atrium hotel while vacationing in Manila.
Shopping Tip : The shopping mall is just adjacent to the hotel and very accessible.

Poor access to hotel. Food overpriced. Room air-conditioner was mal-functioning and when I complained about it they did not offer a different room. I stayed at the Atrium Hotel Manila one night while I layed over between flights from Cebu to Taipei. The hotel access is located in an one-way alley and it took the cab driver 15 minutes to drive around to where we could get to the hotel. I could not control the air conditioner and spent the night cold or hot.

It was nice environment inside of the lobby hall and the view from the room. The room was quite big. You have to pay in advance when you check in. Also I saw some little cockroaches in the room. It was nice to stay with the excellent view from the window and from the upstairs of the lobby. But poor for the cafe and poor for the place to eat outside in the walking distance.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is the Gill puyat LRT station near the hotel.

15 from the floor of Building 25, view from a hotel room because the floor is the best. Night view is especially recommended. The high-rise building, it takes time to move the elevator. The four units are in operation, or to the same movement. I'll call when you leave the time to spare. The upper floors of the building hotels, shopping malls are the lower floors. The mall, barber and beauty in exchange, most揃IMASU to enjoy the meal. The location of the LRT station is best. Manila is a wonderful night view from my room from the international airport見渡SEMASHITA skyscrapers of Makati.
Restaurant Tip : Mall of the three low-rise buildings on the ground floor there is a cafeteria-style restaurant floor. Since malls are connected with the LRT station, and at lunch they were crowded with students nearby. The price of local color, atmosphere and taste of people.

Found cockroaches, filthy carpet, musty room and security is overkill, i felt i am being house arrested. I felt i've been had with the nice advertisement showing Embassy Suite kind of atmosphere and 3 star rating. Neither is true. I'll never stay in this hotel again. The location is not safe, it is scary to walk at night.

Friendly Staff, nice size rooms. Additional costs to park in basement. Restuarant does not cater for western tastes. The hotel was easy to locate and handy to the airport, shopping and business centers. We had no problems with staff assistance and the room was very accomodating with little noise from traffic and the LRT below. My family and I will be happy to stay here again.

Big room, nice courteous personnel, restaurant was good. Old wallpaper falling off, bad section of town, and took too much time to check out. The taxi drivers at the airport were saying that the Atrium hotel changed names, but after a while they could find it. The hotel is located on top of a strip mall and have to go up to the 15th floor for check in. You don't feel like you are in a safe area at first, but the security is pretty good. The staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant staff was very attentive and were there for every request. The only downside were the rooms. Even though they were big, they were outdated/old, and need a face lift. Also, checkout took about 20 minutes even though I didn't even sample the mini bar.

Very disappointed that Agoda did not allow re-booking of my hotel reservation due to my flight delays beyind my control. Instead I was extended a mere apology that my advanced payment will not be refunded. I will never use your service again due to your inflexibility to meet traveller's needs.

Accessible location, being adjacent to LRT but also opposite the JAM Bus City Terminus for Laguna. Lots of laundry shops and barbers, but slightly seedy.
Hotel Feature Tip : Best thing about the hotel is location and the spacious rooms.

Taxis are also required to go to where. This is a very beautiful view from the balcony. I assign a very large size and price of the room. I would assign a small room but the air conditioning. Short-term stays and is a good place.
