Good place to stay

It's my bad experience in this hotel.
So old hotel. Very old and load sound aircondition, broken remode control. The floor still wet when I get into room.

Renovations
The rooms are being renovated at the moment and they are an improvement. What is needed though is more power points for the charging of the multiple electronic devices we all seem to have now. Otherwise it's a good place to stay.

One week stay
Nice staff. Old facilities in a good location but not a good area. It is some type of transit stop for busses, jeepneys, and taxis. Traffic is very bad here and it is not a friendly street for walkers. Be very careful around the big street. They have old towels and breakfast is inedible unless you like some cereal. I went one time and not a second time to the horrendous buffet. Elevator wait times are long. The location is actually in the center and close to all areas such as Makati, the airport, and the Mall of Asia. That was nice but not much to enjoy here at this hotel. I think most people would not enjoy their stay here.

Disappointed
I always look forward for a working toilet and shower. My day 1 was super disappointing. I checked in early and paid for it but there was no water. When I used the toilet and flushed it, it was black. They said it they were fixing the water lines. Omg! How can I rest when I was too tired of my flight. And I was charged with the early check in. Even the aircon is a bit warm. This is really disappointing. No one has even bothered to do service recovery or apologize. Thumbs down.

NEED AN UPGRADE
The reason why I stayed in this Hotel is because of it's location. I attended an event in Moa, so I need to get a place nearby. Reason why you need to choose this hotel 1.) Easy to locate 2.) Very accessible to different Mall around Metro 3.) If you need a spacious room, at affordable price, here it is. But there's reason why I feel so not satisfied with my stay, 1.) The key card is not even working 2.) The bed sheets are old 3.) The towels are old, I mean if you are very hygienic person, you wouldn't even dare using it and lastly 4.) They have breakfast buffet, but I hope they take consideration in making it delicious.

a nice stay
This is actually our second booking with Atrium Hotel with longer stay there. Though it seems to me that nothing changed since our last stay, but the service provided by its staff is really good.
