Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Noise from the highway will keep you awake
Nothing much you can say about this hotel
3
This Hotel is in a bad location, Taxi drivers unable to find it.
Situated next to superhighway if you have a room thats facing the highway the noise is really loud, not only from the cars buses motor bikes etc. but also from the trains that stop frequently at the nearby station. Double glazed windows are useless at keeping the noise down that enters the room.
The rooms are so small not enough room to "swing a cat".
Even more annoying is they insist on a time and details for breakfast the next day. The breakfast is partly cooked 1 hour early so the egg is cold, not enjoyable.
Overall I would not recommend a stay at this hotel
Travel tip:
Try to get a room away from the highway,
Tell them a late time for breakfast.
Walk across to Walter Mart for a better choice of cafe and restaurants

Great place to rest while travelling around Manila
Near airport, near Makati
7.7
We stayed here for several night and only later in the trip we realized how strategic this place is near the airport and Makati which is the business district. it's also close to the mall of asia and the greenbelt mall.

Excellent Service, newer hotel
Service, Location, Close to airport
9.3
I will break this review into things that are great about this hotel and things that could potentially be a burden for people.
First of all, the service is wonderful. The staff are warm, smiling, friendly and will do all they can to satisfy your requests. They work efficiently and do their jobs well, from the lovely reception staff to the restaurant staff, room attendant/service guys and very good door staff. Every one of them made my stay pleasurable.
Now, things that could be a burden for some travellers, and why they weren't such a big deal to me:
1. No lift: I was on the 4th floor and you have to walk up 4 or 5 flights of stairs to get to your room. No problem for me, but could be for others.
2. Discounted rooms are by the main highway which is pretty noisy at times. Once again I didn't mind this but I'm a heavy sleeper and when I'm asleep then the highway noise doesn't matter. It's not as bad as some of the reviews make out I think. You can upgrade to a room over the other side of the hallway which faces away from the highway and is quieter, so the choice is always there and the staff spell this out.
3. Only have a breakfast room service which operates till 12pm. It is good because they will bring your breakfast to your room for breakfast in bed if you wish. I was also impressed as they gave me a complimentary breakfast even though it was not part of my deal.
You can't get room service but they will order from outside takeout restaurants for you which I did one night.
4. Rooms are smallish - Ok for me as a solo traveller but there's not much moving space but it's not a shoebox either.
Apart from all that this hotel is excellent value for money with brilliant service and nice modern clean rooms. Remember it is a two star hotel and for that it is as good as it gets.
I was well pleased. Checkout was quick and I had a taxi ready to take me to the airport at the end.
Shopping Tip:
Close to Makati malls - greenbelt, ayala (10 minute taxi ride), and just walking distance to Walter Mart(over the highway).

Impossible to find, standard rooms are a joke
6.3
We booked online and saw that it was near Greenbelt area so thought it would be easy to find. Two cabs later and after stopping to ask locals every 300ft and getting lost twice we finally found it. (Although once we knew where it was it wasn't that hard to get to) However, if you book the cheap room they will put you on the SLEX (freeway) side where you could literally jump out your window and onto a jeepney. Incredibly noisy, even by Manila standards. $5 extra and they let us move to the other side on the 5th floor. Oh yea, no elevator.
The hotel was actually nice inside, decent rooms and cafe, but not worth the hassle.

It's a budget hotel but for the money I would have opted for Tunes hotel Makati instead. The room was really noisy since it was next to a super highway and it was not easy going up to my room on the 5th floor due to the non existence of an elevator.

Clean, new hotel
very good breakfast, very friendly staff

We had a pleasent stay in this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and understandable.
our first night was in a room that's faces the highway which was very noisy.
For a few hundred peso we changed the room to the other side of the hotel, what's not noisy at all.
Hotel is nearby Mall. If you want to go to Asian Mall, just take a taxi for 100-120 peso. Also Seafood market in neighbourhood.
Hotel Feature Tip:
very good price/quality

Lovely hotel and service with smile
8.7
Should I need to stay in Manila most probably I will stay here again. Cause the hotel is nice, modern, clean. Small room, but breakfast included which is rare in the Philippines especially at a 2*hotel. Location is a little bit far downtown of Makati, but jeepnies pass by. U can take one or taxi. Subway is a far for footwalk but there is a jeepny.
