The room was perfectly comfortable and the hotel is a quick taxi to the airport (unlike much of the rest of Makati). The breakfast was decent, and the service was phenomenal. They take your breakfast order the night beforehand and have it ready for you at the requested time! Also, when I asked the receptionist at the front desk a few questions, she answered as best she could, but then called my room 15 minutes later and looking up the answers she didn't know. I didn't expect her to do so, but I appreciated the extra effort. The neighborhood isn't anything special, and the bathroom - while functional - was the smallest I've ever seen!

I really like this hotel!
Great Staff, Clean Rooms & Excellent Value

Quick check with super friendly professional staff. Although there was no elevator, the stuff brought my bags up for me. I asked to be put in a room away from the highway and was easily accommodated. The rooms were immaculate and breakfast was quite good. Sometimes a lot of people like to complain. I have nothing but praise for the Avitel. They're doing everything right, please keep it up!

This is not a hotel, it's more like a bed and breakfast kind of place. Budget or backpacker place. It's really far from everything. You are stuck there , no nightlife , far from malls and the location is hard to find. This place is just for people who cannot find a better hotel options. Don't. Go to this hotel it's worst than worst.

Post flight acclimitisation and get out of town.

Stay was fine.
Roof bar was never open though you could access the space until midnight.
Standard rooms are small - very small - with small sink in room as the shower room wc is so small you almostj need to leave door open. Standard rooms situatd to elevated road side of building so not quiet.
AC very effective
Wfi effective.
No lift - but staff carry bag ok
no room service after 1500 but okay with phoneing in takeout - they have menus and numbers.
cheap clean easy but need to taxi everywhere and the taxi drivers can be a pain in finding it. - might stay there agian

Not bad value,fast check in and out,short ride to airport

Was a ok place for a night passing through Manila.Small comfortable room.The cheaper rooms not recommended for light sleeper as close to major road.

Small hotel but with excellent facility

I find a hard time looking this hotel since it is located in south super highway in which most of the big trucks are into but once you're in there you will be amazed . I immediately had my room without tension. The staff at front are so accommodating and always offering help to make your stay promising. I will diff entirely return to this hotel in the future.
Shopping Tip:
Very accessible in between areas of shopping district like the makati and SM mall of Asia.
