Modern and clean hotel.
Good variety for buffet breakfast.
Starbucks coffee shop attached to hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Swimming pool while reasonably clean, did not have towels available or any addition services such as bar or staff present for assistance.
Our stay in Bayview was overall great. It was perfectly located on the main ocean boulevard with great views. Malate restaurants and bars are all close and easy to access by walking. The rooms were modern and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and always willing to assist customers. The pool area was clean and shaded, however there were no towels available or staff present to assist.

the room needs a major improvement and small size.
The hotel is near the manila bay and shopping malls like RObinson's Manila and SM Mall of Asia. The staffs are friendly. They have good buffet.However, the room needs major improvements, especially the bath room. Also, the size of the room is small.
