Great room
The room is very comfortable and complete with basic necessities. It is near the US embassy and other shopping areas. There are vans/cars waiting near the hotel which are for hire and of acceptable rate.

i like the hotel location and the room where i stayed. it is big and at affordable price. i thank agoda's offer which is really of lowest rate. it is quite in my hotel room but i observed that there is no lobby area where my guests can wait for me. the lobby area seems occupied by the buffet area for breakfast. i observed that it took some time for the staff (bell service) to go to my room to help me in my luggage during check out and even the reception is slow to respond to some requests. it is fine if there is no urgency to check out e.g. f light schedule, etc. in totality, i am satisfied with my stay and at its rate (agoda's rate), i would like to stay again at this hotel.

the hotel is located in the heart of the city and is surrounded by lots of fast food chains and malls. the room was at par. but it would be better if they change their tv into flat screens. they have nice selections for breakfast buffet.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Check the Luneta Parks just a couple of blocks from the hotel.

need a thorough renovations. pillows/bed sheets are ok, bed cover was old... water is overwhelming... very good.. sink is old need to change.

Good hotel with great service
Good location for embassy visit and local eateries and parks. Great food and courteous service. Room were clean and neat. Good housekeeping and quiet.

hotel staff was very helpful in all area! breakfast lounge served good food of both western and local cuisine.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Short walk to Rizal Park and Manila Ocean Park.

It was for a weekend getaway. The room is clean. Breakfast consists of hotdog, bacon, variety of other stuff. Staff are friendly.

I was only for one night there and we had to wake up early in the morning 2 AM. The Location is close to the sea and the airport is not far away. Breakfast was included but i had to discuss a long time till the hotel agreed to make me and my wife a simple sandwich and a drink. The prices in the Restaurant are to expansive and the internet is also not included. For myself i will never go there again feeling not really comfortable. There are much better Hotels for the same Price or below.

Cold air con that cant be adjusted. Service is alright. Need to improve the swimming pool area. Windows there are to dirty or to old. You can't view the outside.
