- if you have an appointment at the US Embassy in the Philippines, then this is the place where you should stay
- you can choose which starbucks you feel like going, coz theirs two of them.
- quite far from the LTR station but better walk than hailing a cab..
- BREAKFAST is reasonable but they need to change menus
- Hotel staff are only friendly when you tip them
- THE ROOM NEEDS TO HAVE AN INTERNET ACCESS... 150/hour from the hotel's mini cafe is too much... considering it's just 3 star hotel..
- Air conditioning needs cleaning This is a good value hotel, they just need to do some renovation on the rooms,specially their sink. Breakfast menu needs an upgrade. Internet service should be available in every room. More kinder hotel staff, most of them doesn't address the customers very well..

The location of the Bayview Park Hotel on Roxas Blvd is convenient to the airport and to the US Embassy, as well as the Bay Walk attraction.
There is a free buffet breakfast that is alright as long as you aren't looking for omelettes and seafood.
A bit noisy at night. Locals seem to be around a lot, as renters and visitors. Too many of them seemed to be just loitering, watching the other tenants. This hotel used to be a really nice place, from the original decor. But now it is dated, compared to other hotels in the area. I have stayed at the Heritage and Traders, both also on Roxas Blvd. The trade off of decor and security are about equal to the difference in the price of the rooms. I would recommend the Bayview as a quick overnight if one is only looking for convenience and proximity to the airport without having to spend a lot of money.
Restaurant Tip : There are several restaurants just south on Roxas Blvd. Shakey's Pizza and others are within walking distance.

Great location, close to the airport and just right across the US Embassy. Close to shops and Robinson's Mall. Public transportation no problem, cabs everywhere. The only thing I didn't like was I think they spray some kind of bug spray. What for, I didn't see any bugs so there's no need to spray. +++++. I was very satisfied. Hotel is in great shape, clean and I think newly remodeled because the rooms and furniture looked pretty good. The staff couldn't be anymore helpfuf, attentive and before I forget Great Breakfast Buffet. I already told the people here at home that the search for finding a great place to stay in Manila is over. You can't beat Bayview for their rate and for their service.
Shopping Tip : Robinson's Mall is a one stop shopping, eating, health and beauty etc. Great selection on everything.

Their breakfast buffet is good. The room is ok .It si located infront of the US embassy so very accessible for those getting Visas. The room is ok except for the shower knob which was broken and we had to do something about it since we werestocked already at the shower.The parking area for overnite vehicles should be attended to. In totality, the hotel seemed to be ok . Breakfst buffet is available with good choices for meals. It si beside a coffee resto , Starbucks, where I can meet my colleagues for coffee at night. It is also near to the Cultural center of the phil. where i was able to watched a foreign show-Chicago bests. It is situated along Roxas boulevard and near casinos .The rates are comparable but it would be good if the rates will be slightly lower.

Service, cleanliness of rooms, security, friendliness Small dining room, no seats in reception area, smoking allwoed by pool We were met by friendliness before we opened the hotel's front door. Staff put themselves out to ensure you were made welcome and had no stress. The dining room was adequate and the food above average, although the space was a bit limited. Our room was claen and tidy with good and effective air conditioning. This was our second visit to this hotel and we would return.
Shopping Tip : Go to Robinson's departmental store in the nearby shopping mall.

i like only their bf and aircon of the room lobby,it looks like 1 star hotel,not enhancing guest to stay longer.and the cr of our room is very small.even the staff is not following our request immediately,coz i told them to get our tray on that night but they get it the next day bec we called them. I think the hotel really needs improvement when it comes to enhancing their clients to stay longer.and the staff should give rules and instruction on how to follow the needs of their guest.
Shopping Tip : its very near in one of the famous mall robinsons mall ,and one thing that good also on this hotel is their location, coz its infront of the bay along roxas blvd.

situation, restaurant, cleanliness, attentive personnal, security Like for many hotels in the Philippines, I have been surprised by the quality and the cleanliness of the room I had there. I also want to express my satisfaction to all the members the personnal of the hotel, who were respectuous and attentive.
By 38 degrees, I also appreciated the swimming pool on the roof, from where we also had an impressing view over the sea and the United Nations Ave.
The restaurant was not expensive and proposed a good choice of meals.

dining facilities are close to this hotel. During my stay at this hotel, the lobby was full of people lingering around and they were so noisy like they were in a market. People should talk not so loud. The bathroom was a nightmare. Every time I take a shower, the water would spill outside the shower room due to improper curtain resulting to a slippery floor. I pointed it out to the hotel worker twice and they told me they'll send the maintenance people but within the two days that I stayed in this hotel, no one came to fix the problem. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone...

This hotel is accross the street from the US Embassy. The hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet with a good selection. The hotel is maintained but is showing signs of aging. The Bayview Park Hotel Manila is located accross the street from the US Embassy and my wife and I use this hotel whenever we need to visit the Embassy. The hotel is near the Manila Bay waterfront and has a very nice breakfast buffet with a good selection. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and make an extra effort to make us feel comfortable.

our booked room was not available at our arrival, but they gave us a better room (suite) immediately without extra rate. Staff was helpful all the time. the name Bay view is only right when you stay upper then 7th floor. Under the better name is embassy view (us-embassy direct on other side) Rooms are clean and nice furnitured. But all mobiliar is looking old and used and need a refreshing. Air con works nice and fast. In the lobby no chance to find a seat or sofa. Only in the Restaurant you are able to seat. Some days we must wait to find a seat for breakfast.
