i love my stay in bayview park hotel...quiet and relaxing. there might some areas that are old already but the they are doing the renovation now. overall i will recommend this hotel good value for value, nice location and accommodating staff.

Not the best experience I have had

We did not sleep well due to noise in other rooms, had to call service desk twice, elderly parents stayed on the opposite side of Hotel and were awake due most of the night due to noisy traffic.
Apart from noise Hotel was ok with good sized rooms and good Buffet breakfast.
I would not stay there again due the noise experience we had.

perfect location right across the u.s. embassy, and many tourist destinations around the area. feel safe due to hotel security arrangement and near fast food joints as well. great buffet breakfast with lots of choices. hotel is old and need of renovation but very clean. hotel staff was very friendly and highly professional. they anticipated your needs..will definitely come back in the future..

We enjoyed our stay at Bayview Park Hotel. The room is very comfortable. The receptionist was very polite and accomodating. Great breakfast buffet restaurant in the hotel and there are also great restaurant nearby and coffee shops.

Good variety for breakfast buffet, clean and fairly spacious room with tub by the bay side.

Accomodation was really good, bath shower was strong with a good heating system. Food chains, restaurants and convenience stores are all just a stone's throw away. Transportation is never a problem as there's always a cab wherever you look.

had a great time here. ac worked well in all three different rooms we stayed at over a 2 week period. well staffed and accommodating. security was apparent and well trained. porters,door men,maids and all the rest of the staff seem to like their job. it makes a difference!!
Travel tip:
bring the sun screen big time. 42 pesos to the buck. take advantage of the airport taxis as they have a meter and it is usually 250 pesos each way to the airport. stiffest airport security was in the states(as expected) but be prepared for a hot airport here in manila as it is more time consuming since the logistics of the airport are a tad bit outdated. had a great time here !1

Hotel check-in was fast. The receptionist was nice and courteous. The staff were helpful in giving us directions. We were able to leave our things at the bell service area after we check-out coz we still went out for shopping and I don't want to carry my things with me. Average and clean hotel with good service and value for money.

The Hotel is very near the US Embassy for FIlipinos that is seeking US Visa. The Place is also near good restaurant like Emerald and very near to Robinsons Mall. THe famous sunset of manila bay can be viewed in your room!
Travel tip:
If you have a interview at US Embassy, then Bayview is the Hotel for you. Only 3min walk to Embassy

Stay was good. Room was neat. Aircond was good.
Reception was friendly but service can be slow when there are 2 or more guests checking in..esp sometimes when one person is left at the reception station.The only set back I had is not being able to connect to free wifi esp so when now more and more hotels promote free wifi in the room. In Berjaya, one has to pay to use near reception area..Management should consider such for business people as communication sometimes is at odd hours..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Good to dropby Sea World which is walking distance away only..
