Modern and clean hotel.
Good variety for buffet breakfast.
Starbucks coffee shop attached to hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool while reasonably clean, did not have towels available or any addition services such as bar or staff present for assistance. Our stay in Bayview was overall great. It was perfectly located on the main ocean boulevard with great views. Malate restaurants and bars are all close and easy to access by walking. The rooms were modern and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and always willing to assist customers. The pool area was clean and shaded, however there were no towels available or staff present to assist.

has a view of manila bay. Accessible to some tourist spots and shopping malls. the room needs a major improvement and small size. The hotel is near the manila bay and shopping malls like RObinson's Manila and SM Mall of Asia. The staffs are friendly. They have good buffet.However, the room needs major improvements, especially the bath room. Also, the size of the room is small.

Location is the only good point. Near the US Embassy and the Bay walk. Hotel is old and run down, food on the buffet was cold everyday, rooms are old in need of remodel, and the staff was not friendly. Location is the only good point. Near the US Embassy and the Bay walk. I like to jog along the bay which is across the street. Near Rizal park and other tourist attractions. It was quite a walk to SM Mall and best to take taxi so you don't have to walk through several bad streets. Hotel is old and run down, food on the buffet was cold everyday, rooms are old in need of remodel, and the staff was not friendly. I would not stay again. Starbucks is in the same building with a connecting door, but either locked or blocked. Always needed to go out in the rain to get a cup of coffee.
Also the pool was the size of a jacuzzi, and not appealing at all.

close to usa embassy, convient to Mall of Asia,30 min from airport. Used for 1 night. "Convient", buffet just okay but service is good. Needs update in rooms and bathrooms. Bell service good, easy to get taxi to Malls or Airport.
Shopping Tip : "US Embassy across the street". Mall of Asia 10 min away, Ocean Park also.

Breakfast is excellent for pinoy only. Staffs in reception have no system how to entertain the visitors & very slow in everything.

One of the best features, i enjoyed was location and safety. I'm from the U.S.A. and that was very important to me, to have a quiet and pleasant stay. And your staff," Evy,and Jac were very professional and kind. Also i enjoy the food, breakfast very tasty, and the service, fast. All in all, i would love to stay at Bayview hotel, again, when i visit Manila. Barry from " phila. The only, areas that need improvement is" Transportation to and from, your Hotel. We were promised that, and we did not received it. I loved staying, at the Bayview Park Hotel, the staff was very pleasant, and nice. P.S., maybe one, was not so, nice. But, your desk personnel," Evy, and Jac, was very professional, i was very pleased. And the guest rooms, very clean, and neat. And far as location, it was great. Very close to the mall, ocean park, and the " night life". The Bayview Park Hotel, made my vacation, " Very Special".

Location, price, hospitality parking space, lighting in the rooms, My overall experience with Bayview Hotel is good. I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions because it is right accross the street from the US Embassy. It is also walking distance to the new Manila Ocean Park, and Manila bay. You can also walk to Star City which is a type of amusement park. But you would need to walk for about 30 mins. Robinsons mall is about a 10-15 min walk. There are plenty of things to see and explore around the area. I think the hotel has a great location and the price is far cheaper than some of the other hotels in the area.

Great Location. I had great view. The higher floors have water views over the US Embassy. Breakfast average and street outside a bit dark and dangerous looking. Stayed here because it was simple to find and easy access to everything. Had read that staff were difficult but found them accomodating in a situation i got into regarding sleeping late and missing my flight. I would stay here again.
Hotel Feature Tip : Never use the guy out front who wants to charge 400peso to go places. chances are it will be about 100p maximum if you use metered taxi. let the hotel doormen and security get you a taxi, its safer.

Grerat location to attractions but not for nightlife.. but nothing is too far away.
taxis know the place because its near us embassy so easy to get back to if youre new in town. Roxas BLVd is well known dark and dangerous street outside. i wouldnt walk alone. i took taxi from front door (METERED TEXI ONLY) and went to MOA Was happy to be helped out of awkward situation by the staff. missed a flight because i was tired and forgot to change clock to PHIL time, not AUSSIE time they helped my by calling airlines and booking new flight for me and let me keep my room for extra night (i paid of course, but i didn't have to change rooms)

I like most things about the hotel to be honest. The location right at the Baywalk, the closeness to Intramuros and the fact that it's just over 30 minutes from the airport. In my opinion the wifi should be free, but since it isn't I think the coverage should be expanded to cover the entire hotel. As it is now you have to sit in the lobby to get connected to the internet. Overall I am very pleased with my stay at the Bayview Park Hotel. The staff I got in contact with was very nice and accommodating. The hotel itself felt like a cosy place and everything was clean and tidy. I was staying there three nights and I really enjoyed the buffé breakfast, even if the coffee was a bit weak for my Nordic taste. This wasn't a big problem since the hotel actually share some space with Starbucks. Again, thanks for a very nice first impression of Manila and the Philippines.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You just HAVE to visit Intramuros and have a stroll along the Baywalk... and a late coffee at the SM Mall of Asia is a given.

The hotel is one of those that is value for money, there were very few attendants, Internet was available in the restaurant, the rooms were ok, breakfast was good, the waiters were friendly and extra caring, the captain for the b/fast was extremely helpful to provide us served to the table b/fast when we came a little late. It is easy to catch a taxi from there- it is in a busy area. The hotel is old, but if you like saving some money, it may be a good one in Manila.
Travel tip : The taxi drivers in manila swindle as a normal practice, they always seem to run out of change or do not want to use the meter. Th hotel is a near the bay- the water in the bay was very dirty. Lots of homeless people sleeping around the area, but there are also some good things around. It is not far from Intramuros or Rizal park.

view of the Manila Bay, not far from the airport if you stay 5 floors below, all you can see is the US Embassy The hotel staffs are very accomodating and friendly. The rooms are ok. Although the last time we stayed there, the bathtub is peeling. It doesnt look good. But all in all, the room is comfortable. Room service is ok. Food also. Though if you frequent the hotel, they offer same menu. Breakfast as usual is a feast. They offer good and healthy foods.
