My stay at Bayview Guest Rating: 3.7

The hotel's location is very near the tourist spots (Luneta Park, Ocean Park,Intramuros, Cultural Center) ,near shopping place (Divisoria, Robinsons & SM), nice to stroll at the baywalk and watch the sunset. If you need to hear mass, the Ermita Cathollc Church is just stone away from the hotel.

Very accomodating front desk staff. The staff are very courteous.

The hotel doesn't have a lobby or waiting area wherein guest can seat while waiting for their turn at the front desk.The toilet bowl is not fixed at rm 908.The base needs to be cemented. 1 toothbrush was used already by previous client. Needs to be very attentive in changing and replacing toiletries.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It nice to just stoll at the Luneta Grandstand & Rizal Park & walk at the baywalk area to watch the sunset. Please bring your camera with you to capture the beautiful sights

All in all, this place is not too bad, just that there's nothing much to comment about if you're just looking for a place to stay but if you really want a good place, this is definitely not the hotel for you.

If you don't mind housekeeping, it's a good place to stay for shopping and dining.

• Shopping Tip : Mall of Asia is near and the shopping and dining there is excellent.

As for this hotel, the pros definitely outweigh the cons, when it comes to value and location for a hotel offering nice rooms.
