Bayview Park Hotel Manila has a very good location esp with Starbucks at the lower ground floor is really a treat!
Their rooms need renovations with regards to the carpet, bathroom and linens.
I only stayed here for one night and i told myself not to stay here again.
Note:
Good place to stay to those who needs to be early at the US embassy coz it is just right infront of it.

Good rooms and service but not so good food
Our room was very clean and organized. We had everthing we needed and expected and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

All in all, our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. We were a bit disappointed with the quality of the buffet breakfast but the hospitality and efficiency of the staff and the comfort we experienced in our accommodations more than make up for it. The location of the hotel is perfect for tourists as it is very accessible to various tourist spots.

perfect location right across the u.s. embassy, and many tourist destinations around the area. feel safe due to hotel security arrangement and near fast food joints as well. great buffet breakfast with lots of choices. hotel is old and need of renovation but very clean. hotel staff was very friendly and highly professional. they anticipated your needs..will definitely come back in the future..

hotel is located in the famous Roxas blvd,within walking distance to Rizal Park. Hotel service is good, but obviously this is an old hotel.

we're satisfied :) the room is really cold . breakfast foods are delicious.got complimentary newspaper. we love the location. however, you need to pay the wifi connection for the day(we thoughts its free).moreover, we've waited for a return call from the lady receptionist but to no avail.no available manager to discuss our concern re: extension of stay.we just transferred to another hotel instead of extending another day. but we surely go back to this hotel
