You have to go to the Internet cafe to get online and its relatively expensive there.(PHP 50/hr) It is right on Burgos street in the red light district.

Couples Philippines, January 30, 2013	great location but old rooms good location near restaurants and establishments 7.3 we stayed for two days at a standard room. basic necessities were provided. hot and cold water, towels, a good morning kit and a kettle. the hotel was at the heart of makati. very near restaurants and other establishment. just a jeepney away from known malls like greenbelt, glorietta, landmark and sm makati. but the room was old. the sheets were thin. but if you're looking for an affordable place to stay with basic necessities then this hotel is highly recommended.
