Fabulous experience!!
Beautiful, spacious room with an unbelievable view.

This condo is owned by a private party. He is a very accommodating, very pleasant gentleman who owns a couple units at this location. My condo was on the 35th floor and had a fantastic view of Fort Bonifacio and Makati. There are several high-end restaurants right at the base of the building and only a minute's cab drive from the condo to 3 or 4 major malls. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat!

This was an apartment poorly furnished and with extremely noisy aircon and not up to standard at all had to pay for electricity directly Not warnedor told about this in written statement / voucher was held back by guard when leaving for airport because was supposed to show up nearly missed my flight. Really made me furious. Amateurish and useless setup. dont sell this product. Need to be more professional. Had to bring in own staff to clean the place!!! No luxury
