1)When i called the hotel to arrange for airport pickup they require me to provide credit card details to prepaid the pickup fees, it seems they don't even trust their customers.
2)When i reached hotel at 6am i request for a early check in, they charge me 1500peso i'm willing to pay for that since im tired.
3) i booked for a premier room but i believe the room given is deluxe , on 4th & 5th days due to my compliant they changed room for us. I found that the design, spaces, facilities are different.
4) No more stay for me in this hotel
