Nice Hotel in a god location

Easy to get to and central for Ermita. The big Robinsons Mall is only a couple of minutes away and the hotel is next to a god food court. Upgraded to nice big room and the staff were very friendly.

Nice hotel + the lift is working now!

Stayed at the Best Western for one night between flights. The hotel is very nicely furnished and the room we had was modern and clean. The whole Ermita/Malate area is quite run down nowadays and could be a concern for some people. Beggars and homeless people sleeping on the street can be off-putting at first sight. The breakfast was good and the whole ambience of the hotel is one of quiet efficiency. We were pleased to see that a new lift/elevator has been installed and is fully working now.
Shopping Tip:
Robinson Mall is a five minute walk from the hotel.

A good introduction to Manila

we arrived in the evening and were pleasantly surprised. staff friendly and helpful, good info in rooms for 1st timers to manila, breakfast buffet fresh and good selection. bed comfortable and safety deposit box in room a welcome addition. walking distance to bars and shops. would return and reccommend to la corona.

A wonderful staff and hotel.
The staff answered all questions with a smile. The rooms were clean and fairly roomy.

Even though the hotel is nice the streets outside the hotel are not very friendly to it's guest. Street children beg and harass sometimes get physical for a few pesos. Take taxis at night for you own protection.
Loved the hotel was nice, but being physical assaulted by street kis was too much. Love the hotel,but not the outside enviroment.
Nightlife Tip:
Use taxis after dark going out at night.

This facility was great to work with. We came in after 11pm and they had the bus at the airport waiting on us with our rooms ready to go. We had booked two rooms because of our family size and this led to a little confusion which was quickly reconciled by the helpful staff. The rooms were very nice had good access to Manila. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect for me being close to the Robinsons mall and friends. The hotel has now fixed their elevator ....... and that makes a big difference for those staying on the higher floors.
The staff are very helpful giving the honest advice deserved of a guest.
I have stayed at this hotel before and am more than happy to recommend to other travellers.
Enjoy your stay and maybe we will meet over breakfast 1 day
