The hotel is centrally located in Makati, walking distance from a number of restaurants and night spots. There is also an SM mall located five minutes walk away. Stayed in the Executive room – room was clean and large enough. The hotel staff are also quite friendly and helpful. They allowed me a late checkout since my flight out of Manila was late in the evening.
Restaurant Tip:
There is an interesting restaurant below The Royal Belagio hotel.

Cheap hotel with large rooms

the hotel is definitely worth it for the money, especially after looking at similar priced hotels in the area.
the rooms are large if somewhat dated, after being taken over by best western there is now free wifi, which works ok! the staff are all pleasant and helpful.
overall value for money but not a place for couples as the area is not exactly desirable.

This is the first time I have stayed at the Oxoford Suites, even though I have stayed in different hotels in the Makati area previously. I was pleasantly surprised at the nice rooms and also the warm service which the staff provided. Overall the hotel is an excellent choice and value for money. Only complaint I have is the internet which was barely accessible during my stay possibly due to over use. I had to rely on my mobile broadband for this and hope that the hotel will imporve on this.

location is great, in heart of makati

only stayed one night but hotel staff was friendly. The hotel is in the heart of makati which is great for shopping and eating. The hotel is very old and in need of an renavation but like most in the Philippines it will stay as is as long as they can make a dollar from it.
Shopping Tip:
greenbelt mall is close by with all the shopping you could possibly want

The Oxford Suites Hotel is located in the "nightlife" district which may be an advantage for some if you like that kind of thing. The hotel is well appointed and the rooms good size and comfortable. Given it's location there are many convenience shops and most of the essentials are on your doorstep.

Stay was very good. Room has plenty of space and furnishings good quality. Buffet breakfast is always something to look forward to in the morning. Extension of booking was flexible and simple. The elevators are a bit congested if hotel is busy as there is not a separate service elevator but not a major impact. The location is very convenient for business and recreation.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the Spanish and Italian Restaurants on the next street west of the hotel entrance.
