Nice and adequate
Location, Price, Staff
Nice location, nice staff, good breakfast. Always noisy in Makati even at 3am. Room Decor is dated. Balcony is nice to have but very small. Gym is nearly useless. Shower hot water stayed hot less than 3 minutes. This hotel is right in the center of Red-light.

Food was good, room was large , free wifi
Location of the hotel isn't ideal for families with kids, in the evening the bars and street is all lighted up and when getting out at the hotel many girls approach you for massage and more , wasn't suitable for a 5 year old, the food was good but staff performance poor, if ordering food at night the room service is poor and the staff don't reply to your phone calls, wifi connection was alright and the rooms are clean. Would say it's a low 3star hotel designed for solo travelers who are looking for a good night out

Nice one compared to Best Western La Corona
Clean, safe & professional staff
It was really great. Food is nice. Room is amazing. Staff are courteous. Wifi is okay. Your buddy Best Western La Corona should learn from you. I was on breakfast queue for over 30 mins because Cassie has accommodated 4 other people ( all Caucasian) that's way behind me. Why? Because i am a Filipino? So Filipinos shouldn't use La Corona then. Or else you would experience the same discrimination as I had. I appreciate MS Jenny who had tried to pacify me with a Tshirt and reassurance that it won't happen again. The damage has been done. It ruined my morning. I went to DFA pissed and i consequently missed my flight. I even forgot that i only drink bottled water for breakfast. I dont want you to fire Cassie for being so unprofessional who doesn't know the basics of "First come, first served"! But please try to screen and assess your staff carefully. I don't think i will still try to use La Corona. Best Western Oxford has been by far very impressive and professional.
