Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Great hotel in not so great area
good service, breakfast included.
6.3
Rooms were decent, but the location of the hotel was not so good. As soon as we stepped outside our hotel we were followed by people selling things, surrounded by pubs and girls who were looking for me for the night. If this hotel was in a better area I would have liked it.
Travel tip:
Not close enough to walk to greenbelt/makati nicer areas.

as stated in the title, i stayed there around 10 times and will recommend staying there any time. efficient service, perfect location and relatively cheap. free wi-fi in the room.
Nightlife Tip:
Well, you have the Burgos street just outside the entrance.

nice hotel and good location
7.7
it was a nice hotel for a solo male traveler. very close proximity to all the night life in the area but if you want to travel down town allow for a lot of time due to the constant traffic jams in manila. on the other hand if you destination if quezon area or outside manila it is okay.

Convenience place to stay for a night out
near drinking places and some food outlet
6.7
Only problem is the Train Station is not within walking distance and traffic very congested during the peak hours.
Nightlife Tip:
Go for a drink but watch out for the price you pay for the ladies.

Not fancy, but a decent place to stay.
Pretty much everything you need is within walking distance of the hotel
8.3
I stayed at this hotel a few years back - before they attached the "Best Western" part to the hotel`s name. Nothing has changed since then. It remains a decent hotel in a very busy location very near Makati`s nightlife district. The hotel is clean. The breakfast is good. They have their own driver`s/cars that you hire instead of going outside and flagging down a taxi. The staff is professional and good, but not overly friendly. The only slight drawback I find in this hotel is the price, which is not overly expensive, but pricey compared to other hotels in the Phillipines.
Nightlife Tip:
Ignore all street vendors near the hotel. If you show the slightest interest in what they are selling, they will follow you and pester you everytime you step out of your hotel.

Good value for money
location, location, location
7.3
The management of the hotel improved, the service a the front desk is efficient as it was not the case recently. However bear in mind to check the mini bar while checking out it takes 30 minutes sometimes. So if you catch the plane in the last second, you need to calculate that in.

good location but too noisy on street
8.3
was quite impressed with the buildings coz din expect the hotel to have 26 floors. in addition, the receiptionists was friendly and helpful.
the room is spacious and cosy but i think the management need to do something on the wall papers. the hot water in toilet take time to heat up and the water is not that strong.
the hotel is being considerate for us who need to check out earlier and take an early flight. they give us the option to choose the breakfast which is so kind of them.
i will not mind to stay in oxford suites again if visiting to manila again.
Nightlife Tip:
Makati city is the best place to go for nightlife as there are plenty of bars..
