A great value and great staff
Located near the business district, inexpensive and clean. The staff is professional and friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel, off and on, for around five years. It is a great value and has a wonderful staff. It isn't the kind of place you would take your family, because it is located at the center of the adult bar scene, but is nevertheless a great place to stay, without the high prices charged by the other Makati hotels. I stay here when I have a layover, when I have business in the city, or when I need to detox from work and relax.

If you want a budget hotel in Makati, this may be the best option, especially if you are a single traveler.
The location is not family-friendly, to say the least. So if you are traveling with your family, stay in a luxury hotel near the greenbelt area.

When i reach the hotel and i am very please with the service of the door man, the reception and the porter. Unfortunate, when i went and return with my room key was lost late night. They cannot provide me with a spare key but i have to lock in the room. When i check out the next morning, i was charge with 500 peso key replacement. It was o k but when i noticed that i have to pay extra 10% service charge that made me mad. A few customer also on my side saying that is unfair. Finally they settle at 500 peso. Never lost key in this hotel as the door is conventional no the key card type.

this has become our favourite hotel lately. small with great amenities and less price than the 5-star ones. staff are friendly and professional, easy to talk to and always there....the only thing that really is a great disappointment is that there is no free wi-fi connection.
Nightlife Tip:
If you're not into the sleazy night life kind of thing, stay away from the neighbpuring strip joints. Too cheap and skanky. Go to nearby Greenbelt or Rockwell.

i really like this hotel, but sometime depending on what room you have it can get noisy, as horns are honking at all times of the day and night.. overall its a great place to stay with a very nice staff, internet is a pain

I enjoyed and short but exciting time there during the New Years Eve celebration. There was a party held by the hotel with food and drinks provided and also door prizes. I was happy to see that each day of my stay there were both western and Asian (Filipino) dishes provided on the breakfast buffet. Complimentary drink upon arrival is a nice addition.
Nightlife Tip:
If you are planning a trip during New Years and plan to go to clubs located in the area you should know many of them were closed both New Years Eve and New Years Day nights
