Once again, excellent service

the staff were very friendly and helpful, reception staff made booking in very easy. i went to another province and left some of my luggage at the hotel at no extra cost. room service was good, and the resteraunt food was very good. nice selection at the buffet breakfast. location can be a bit daunting for family groups in the evening and nighttime.

Lovely Hotel

The most I liked about this Hotel would the cleanness. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk to the centre attraction of Na Na. They have a free shuttle service so that made it ok. This hotel is not on the main street so maybe this what you are looking for & it is very quite at night cause it's off the main street. Breakfast I found it to be great...what ever you want they will make.
Nightlife Tip:
Many,many bars in this area. You won't go wrong staying here

expensive hotel in a v noisy area

as i checked-out a man was attacking a young woman the staff just froze.
i could hear traumatised homeless 5 year old children 14 floors below me begging on the streets as i attempted to get back to sleep at 5am in the morning.
the door staff tried to rip me off by selling my hotel to airport taxi's when a local metered taxi costs . then they don't even get you one of these when you ask them to. aside from the very lovely restaurant waitress they have a completed lack of personality, although this is probably because most of the guests are anti-social failures.

the hotel its self was very nice clean tidy . the dinning room staff were very good and helpfull breakfast buffet was quite good could have been a little more variety. The internet charge was the worst part of the hotel the highest i have ever paid in the philippines in all the hotels i have stayed at. The bathroom had a bath tub but could not use as no plug and the gells provided were limited and sparce. The part where the tea and coffee were was covered in ants. Taxis provided by the hotel were very expensive. the bedroom was very good had a nice view and balcony

Compared with the rest in the area, about the best deal. Wifi is up and down, but fast when it's fast. Good upload speeds as well. They use the login system, so only one device online at a time. 800 peso for 2 days, peso for one week. High price put at least it mostly works. The breakfast is decent, fruit, juice omelet, cereal and a a few hot dishes. Room had a desk as well, so that was good.
Nightlife Tip:
Right in the mix of all the red light action.

I found the Location of this hotel the best...right in the heart of the red light district. Many bars in this area. Very clean hotel with service with always a smile. They will do anything for you.
Shopping Tip:
right in the heart of the red light district. Taxi to greenbelt shopping centre is only 5 to 10 minutes away...no problem. It's a must to see this centre. Shopping, restaurants & coffee shops are all here.

I enjoyed the hotel the hotel staff was very nice and very helpful. I liked the fact that the area outside had many accessiblities food, entertainment, and even convience. I travel often so it was a nice change. plus the bed was very comfortable.
