Very bad experience during check in time.

A very bad experience during check in time. Staff do not know to prior which guest come 1st.Unfriendly & no greeting and smile during check in time. No Breakfast voucher being issue & no information where to dine in during breakfast time.No luggage assistance when we came by Taxi.I have being staying at THE A VENUE SUITES for a few times, never have experience this kind of SERVICE STANDARD before.
