not very clean

I had to be moved from one room to another due to a roach infestation. I was so worried that I would have them in my things that I almost made them give me my money back. this is by far the worst room I have ever stayed in. the next room was not much better. the hide a bed was really worn out and was uncomfortable to sit on. there was some sort of liquid on the carpet that I had to avoid as well. just don't go there is all I have to say.

Name of their towers are confusing. We initially entered the lobby of the wrong hotel but still says Best Western. Concierge went the extra mile and assisted us in heading to the correct building, which shows good customer service.
Room was okay. Don't expect too much, though. Good for stay-cation.
