My stay was great at A. venue tower. The location is in the heart of makati city which Is just a few walks from food shops, stores and a jeepney ride to greenbelt (although traffic is bad during peak hours). The staff are courteous and sometimes, I just hate it when you request something and say that's not possible unlike the Manila Peninsula or Shangrila, but considering the price, it's of great value for money.
Shopping Tip:
A few minutes walk to rockwell power plant mall. About 4 blocks...

Stayed in the A.Venue tower of this hotel complex, one bedroom suite is overall quite comfortable, the bedroom itself is small and the desk and chair get in the way of the wardrobe but there's enough space in the suite overall to be fine. Has all the facilities it should for a moderately priced hotel, nothing outstanding but certainly worth the money and would stay there again. Staff all friendly and courteous.

Overall the place is nice, it has a nearby grocery store which is the sm marketplace which is very convenient for us especially for our groceries. There is also a nearby 24/7 convenience store in case you need to buy things past 9PM. The rooms are clean, but our sink has cracks. I like their suites floor plan because it makes me feel that I am in a house and not in a hotel. Their bedroom is separate from their sala and kitchen. Not the typical studio room where your guest will see you bedroom once they have entered. Room service is a bit slow. Plus they have new swimming pools (1 for a.venue and 1 for serenity tower).

The room is nice & simple close to most attractions in Manila only downside the red light district was close to the hotel so we had to drive passed it to get where we wanted, staff are friendly however my room phone did not work the whole time and they could not fix it or upgrade me to another room which was very inconvenient . Breakfast was good and general stay was good, and the spa was beautiful

Very comfortable clean staff very helpful courteous respectful always greet me with a smile even remembered my name from the previous stay. I refuse to stay at any other hotel while I am in the Makati area. When you go some where and you are treated like a customer and a friend then you stay with what makes you feel best. I am happy with the Avenue suites.

Excellent taxi pick up location to go any where that your heart desires

They have a spacious room where dining and kitchen are separated from the sleeping area. We were treated nicely and they have a very good service. The processing of the check in and check out were very fast. The toilet is not that big though. Generally, it is a good hotel to stay and will surely consider staying again next time.
Restaurant Tip:
Try David's tea house just outside the hotel. Few blocks away, you will be in nearby bars. One short taxi ride and you will be in Greenbelt and Glorietta malls. Best place for shopping and more dining experience.

Rooms are spacious with clean linens and towels. Service is satisfactory at all levels. Courteous and accommodating staff. Lighting needs improvements as its too dim. But over all our stay in the hotel was great. Will definitely go back.
