Me and my family had a nice stay at the hotel. Our 2-bedroom suite was clean and fresh. The staff at the hotel lobby was courteous and polite. Not too crowded.

This was actually nicer than I expected, and good for the price I paid....can't complain too much.
Pretty nicely renovated inside the hotel as well as the room.
Some decent restaurants nearby amd walking distance to bars and the red light district on P Burgos.

New hotel in the heart of the city

we got lost for a while because there was no signage bearing the name, serenity tower in the facade of the hotel. however, the guards were a great help. we checked in around 10 pm and the front desk officer was able to retrieve our reservation quickly. we even got an upgrade, from deluxe to one-bedroom suite. the room has a modern feel. it is relatively new and it has that "new" smell. i have a very sensitive olfactory sense and i found it hard to sleep. i hope they can do something to drown out the smell. other than that, everything's fine.

Hotel is good location, rooms are very neat but small, nightlife in a walking distance. Front disk staff in A. Evune building are very rude

Great hotel with great service!

Great place in a great location in Makati!
Walking distance to the "naughty" street, 10 minutes taxi to Greenbelt 3 ,whitch is a great place to start the evening!
The Laundry servica was a bit expensive though!
Recommendable!
Nightlife Tip:
Greenbelt 3, Cafe Havana, and nightclubs, Republic ,Icon and Paladium!

Old hotel with funny smell

Hotel is very old and run down. Room has poor lighting and toilet looks very old. The lobby had a funny smell and when we complained the hotel staff mentioned they are doing some renovation work. The buffet breakfast offers limited choice and there were tiny fruit flies hovering around the fruit platter.

Basic Hotel with small rooms - good for sleeping
Handy location and good value - if only looking for somewhere to sleep

rooms are small and bathrooms tiny. thankfully we had a two bedroom suite so it was relatively "large" - single rooms would be very small i'd expect. ensuite bathroom so small you could not enter and close door at same time without falling over the toilet (thankfully common bathroom was quite good size)

Worth the money

I have a problem sleeping so I'm a bit choosy when it comes to the hotels where I'm staying.
I like this hotel because I find the room cozy, size big enough to move around and the mattress and pillows are very comfortable.
Everything is clean and the towels are still new and white( which matters to me).
Also, location is very good.Accessible to ayala center and very easy to get taxis.

The hotel I usually stayed was fully booked,hence, I opted for this based on agoda's feedback. True to what I've read, this hotel offers very comfortable accommodation similar to 4-5 star hotels and at an affordbale price.
Location is just 5-10 mins away from the business district. restos/nightlife are just nearby (walking distance).
I would definitely recommend this place.
