good location, bad service

Center of city. $2~4 cab ride far from Big malls. right next to it there are several restaurants. Very good location.
Service is very bad. Staff not helpful. But quite cheap place so good for business hotel
Restaurant Tip:
Tons of restaurants near this place. We went to Korean at corner - was pretty good.

Good location for Nightlife. This a one of the new Best Western in the area. Shopping mall is only about 5 minute cab ride. There is a hot club near the hotel. I had a great time

the location is accessible to the malls and makati shops. the hotel pool is small but ok to use. the food is good and the staff are helpful. the room is clean although a bit small than standard hotel. the area is safe with security 24 hours a day. i will recommend this hotel to everyone.

enjoyed the overnight stay. room is small but for the price it's clean and convenient. front desk and restaurant people are very friendly with smile.

i stayed in manila for three nights. the staff were friendly and willing to accommodate you with most requests.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Just a great little Philipino bar and restaurant right around the corner. The hotel is located in Makati business district. Very nice area and I felt comfortable walking the streets even at night.

room 815 where we stayed on mar 13-15 had very low hot water pressure . hotel stinged on allowing 2 door access card to our room . it is common in other hotels , upon request by the main guest , to issue the number of access card in accordance to the number of guest booked/stayed in the room . room checking by in-house keeper upon check-out took some time to clear . even simple checking of water pressure took a long time for technician /housekeeper to check . reception counter just blamed on lift service problem , hence longer time to check . utterly nonsense .

the proximity of the hotel to the main business area is very good. not only that, a lot of restaurant and resto bar for relaxation can be found near the hotel. a very clean room and quiet one.

It's a very new hotel n some of the setting up not fully done yet. the swimming pool is really small, cant really enjoy to swim. The breakfast just have few choices. The 7-11 shop just next to the hotel n the hypermart just infront. The doorman was very friedly!
