hotel was very accessible 'though traffic is bad especially on weekdays. shopping is very near and nightlife is just around the corner. the rooms are big and more than enough for a family of three. the staff are courteous and very accommodating with a warm smile. breakfast is also superb and more than enough for a family of three.

Situated in a nice area of Makati
Location of the hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, fast food chains, massage and bars

Overall we enjoyed our stay, staff was friendly with good attitude and good service.
Room look more like a 3 star hotel than 4.
Elevator in the building is very slow at certain time, because we are sharing it with residence.

The hotel was good. Accessible to public transport, easy to locate. The rooms are spacious enough. The location is great because it is situated in business establishment there are restaurants and grocery nearby. has a nice spa good pool and coffee shop

The room very small and tight the location Taxi drivers have hard time finding even with business hotel card. At night take walk and kids arounf 7 years old come up and take wallet I clamped there arm to stop the hit me back very bad there

If possible look elsewhere

Both Best Western Antel was next to a construction site. You can hear construction noise all day long until about 10-11pm. On Friday & Sat Night, there are Parties going on till later night. So no good sleep at all. Unless you like to party.
The air ventilation in the cafe for breakfast was very bad. You will smell like food when you get out from there. Try to go before you cleanup in the morning.
Food & Restaurant are available and within walking distance.
Best is to stay near the Greenbelt Area, shopping mall are located here and plenty of restaurant.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms

Rooms were very spacious, for our group of 4 the suite felt like an apartment, more than enough room for all of us. The pool should not be a selling point of this hotel - the area is disappointingly small and feels cramped. Did not get to try the breakfast.
Restaurant Tip:
Chihuahua across the street serves decent Mexican food.

room very dark, decor looks jaded.
bedroom extremely small, ac unit tucked behind wardrobe, not very functional especially as the bed head is immediately beside the window in full sun, room induces a claustrophobic / stuffy feeling. living area was quite acceptable.
if room at front of hotel, lower floor, as was mine, the mall opposite bangs out very loud music from mid morning till late afternoon, quite offputting, and you will get no rest at this time if it were needed after a long haul flight. for a hotel which prides it's location as being in the cbd, why can one not place an international call?? internet too slow to use skype.
Travel tip:
If here on business, this hotel not the place in the room type I had.
