When I first started staying here, it was a really good hotel with great service. Lately, they haven't been paying attention to detail and it shows when they clean the room and in the overall cleanliness of the hotel. They don't mop the floors and the towels feel rougher.
It just seems as though they care less since the hotel is older.
also got ripped off from airport taxi. normally, I pay about 200 pesos to get from airport i accidentally took one of the hotel taxis, costing me 1200 pesos.
