The check in and check out process was efficient. The rooms are still at its best form. There are cooking facilities, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. If you plan to cook and have a good rest after a long day, this hotel is ideal. Its practically inside a building that also houses a condo, so when you get a one-suite bedroom, its like getting a place of your own.

It was ok, room is nice. Hotel is in the middle of the city so don't expect peace and silence. I killed one small cockroach in the room and there was no hotwater and the bathroom was not really clean when we arrived. Maybe because we were staying in the promo room...

The staff was extremely helpful, but that was really all. The bathroom was dark and smelled of drainage. Internet was poor or not working at all. Breakfast was poor even for an Asian. The room had a kitchen but there was absolutely no crockery. Perhaps one other good thing to be mentioned was the swimming pool. I had to extend my stay in Manila but preferred to move to another hotel. One thing about the airport, I am getting tired of bargaining for a taxi fare. From Makati to the airport you pay some Php 200, from the airport to Makati PhP 600 or more.
