Prepare to be disappointed.
The experience was horrible. Never again will we stay there during the holiday season. There were no parking space guaranteed, even for one slot for each guest with reservation. We expected a lot of good things from this hotel given that they ranked themselves a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately none of what we expected were met. I felt that we paid a lot from the kind of service that we have received from them. Their breakfast buffet is not even that good. I suggest that if you plan to book for a hotel during the christmas season please avoid booking at this hotel.

Not going back again
Location is superb
We stayed here last year (Dec 2014) to celebrate the eve of New Year. The location is superb since it sits at the center of BGC, close to shopping/dining establishments. However we were very disappointed with their breakfast buffet the following morning (Jan 1, 2015) there was a very long queue and they did not refill the food (talk about no bacon for your first breakfast of the year). We are not going back to this hotel anymore. They were not able to manage the surge of people during that period.
