Old not well maintained rooms
Location is very good, freindly staffs.

The rooms are very old and not renovated, no more pests though but the hot and cold shower is not working and had to request to change a busted bulb
Travel tip:
Its the China Town and chinese restaurants near the area are very good. Its near the bargain places like Divisoria Mall, 168 Mall and Tutuban Mall.
