Excellant daily room cleaning and service. Friendly and professional staff on reception and at the door. Great new value for money Chinese restaurant .Excellant views of sea and city.
Cooking Hob difficult to control and pans with thin bottoms . If cooking rice dont turn the ring up past low ! The 24 hour cafe has been replaced by the Chinese restaurant.
Great Location on Roxas Boulevard. Handy for USA Embassy , the CFO offices and PRISM. Short walk to the the Hobbit Bar/Restaurant with live music and the excellant Robinsons Mall with great retail and dining outlets. You will enjoy the spacious apartments with sofa, armchairs, dining furniture and kitchenette. I found the hotel to be clean and the staff friendly . Unlike many Manila hotels the aircon was not too noisy . Be warned . Many bars in A Mabini are frequented by "Ladies of the Night " and like many areas in Manila there are many people living on the street.
If you're not the adventurous type it is still rrelatively safe to take a romantic evening walk along Roxas Boulevard .
Nightlife Tip : I recommend The Hobbit bar restaurant . A theme bar run by an Irish Languages Professor and staffed by Filipino's " Little People " . Friendly staff and a great atmosphere with live music . The bar also stocks huge selection of worldwide beers .

Very convenient location. Good for shopping and site seeing and close to airport.
The building is a bit old.
Is a good experience staying there because of convenient location which close to Ermita and Rizal park. Travelling to airport and SM mall too are very convenient. Good rate inspite of old building but everything works fine.

air condition was slow to cool but nice rooms
It was a friendly place nice with nice rooms. great location in manila not for from robinsons mall and the air port.. walking distance to mall and a great upscale night life area. the veiw of the bay in mornings and evening was just so beautiful. I will surely stay there again when i return to the philippines..
