Good location, friendly staff fourth stay there
Friendly staff who remembered who I was, staff had not changed in 18months

It was a short stay this time, we had some problems with the wifi on our floor which took a while to sort out.
Again found the staff friendly, not sure hotel is suitable for young children.
Shopping Tip:
Just a short taxi or jeepney ride from Quiapo where you can find good bargains but beware not to carry too much money with you and if accompanied by Filipino even better!!!!

I have been staying at this hotel regularly for years before finally deciding to pick a new hotel because the hotel has not done anything tp improve their poor wifi connection.

My basic requirement was the close proximity to the US Embassy as I was not driving in Manila. I was pleasantly surprised that the foot bridge was almost right smack in front of the hotel. Restaurants were also located nearby. I knew that i would hardly use the room anyway but cleanliness and lighting is very important to me. The room, especially the bathroom could use a little upgrading, tiles need to be cleaned well especially around the sink area. I did not have to use the kitchen that it came with but it was a great amenity especially for family type travelers.
