I arrived late in the evening. Check in was quick and I was taken to my room by the friendly concierge. The hotel is a little dated, but would have been top of the range when originally built. The room was large and spacious, the bed comfortable and the kitchen equipped with all the essentials.
From the hotel, it was easy to wander across to the waterfront, and stroll down to Rizal park nearby. Robinson Square shopping center is a short walk away on Pedro Gil.

Good and comfortable room, good wifi also in room, we even had a kitchen. Working tv with many channels.a good hotel and a very good location. Breakfast could be a little better. The eggs where cold, fried before order, bread sweet and instant coffee.you can order good coffee eg espresso or cappucino but you have to pay offcourse. Not at all a bad place for Manila.

Very dark but convenient to restaurants
On Roxas Boulevard across from the sprawling U.S. Embassy complex

the first impression of boulevard mansion is the lack of lighting in the magnolia-painted rooms. the dark colour of the walls contributes to a dingy and uncomfortable atmosphere of the rooms.
in my room, there were only three lamps, plus one light in the bathroom. energy saving bulbs are laudable but dark rooms facing alleys need more lighting options. one bulb in the kitchen, one working lamp on a side table, and one bulb in the living area, were not enough to properly illuminate my laptop keyboard at 4 p.m. or 10 p.m.
the rest of the room was fine, and might have been attractive if walls and ceilings were painted in white or a light colour.
hotel is next to army/navy shop with steak burritos, an outside cafe serving excellent eggs benedict, a fast-food steak shop and a 7-eleven.
Hotel Feature Tip:
bringing your own light bulbs seems impractical, but i would recommend a usb-powered led lamp for your laptop.

Big room but old, dingy, and a bit noisy.

if you must spend time in the dreadful city of manila, this is probably not the worst bang for your buck. booking in advance saved me a couple bucks, but i have found that most agoda prices are the same as the cash/walk-in rate and stated discounts are often false or greatly exaggerated. it is near huge robinson mall, which helps. wi-fi connectivity was poor, so if you depend on this for business, move on. this factor cost me money as i attempted to day trade. kitchen was nice as was wood floors, but the place is old, worn, and a hallway phone was prone to loud ringing at all hours(?????). a decently good deal depending on your needs, but i would recommend avoiding this crappy polluted city unless you have no choice.

Stay here many times, The staff is allways smiling and nice from door, reseption and roomstaff.Rom is big with a kitchen and cooler. But its time too renovate the room soonest!

Great location and service with a smile

for the second time I was stay there, still the stuff always smiling and great location for someone who have appointment in US Embassy, well the guard there always help you to get the taxes and they get the plate number of the taxes and the guest room number., everyday they always clean your room... and if some people who never been eat and want to try a Japanese food try to go Shiro shiro restaurant that was in the hotel... They have a great food... soon I'll be back in same hotel.... Goodbless Guyz... Thank you for helping me and thank you for making me smile at time when I was stay there.......
Shopping Tip:
if you want to do shopping there is a called Robinson shopping that near this hotel, its better to walk on.... and if you want to see the Mall of Asia is a bit far but it just only take 1 hour......when you do ride taxes......have a safe flight every one....
