Solo travelers India, April 22, 2013	Good hotel and value for money Well-behaved staff, clean room and value for money.. 7 Except that the hotel failed to arrange for airport pickup, it was a good experience and good budget apartment-hotel. The rooms were clean and bathroom neat. The housekeeping was well trained. The commode was a limitless lower than the normal and small.

Restaurant Tip: expect no restaurant or cafe in hotel since this is an apartment hotel but theres plenty of restaurants nearby.

Business travelers Philippines, February 20, 2013	New Policy very unfriendly to customers Clean and quiet rooms 6 Im a regular to this place or thats what I would consider myself and its unfortunate that the apartelle introduced a new policy to deposit 1 day rent upon check in. I mean that is crazy as with Agoda, I already paid for the room much in advance, I mean the amount has already been charged against my card and then now when I check in I have to give a deposit? I do not agree with their reason for doing this but this new policy turned me off and quite frnakly I might just book somewhere else next time. I have refered a lot of people to this hotel but it seems the management does not really care about its loyal customers, so I guess its bye for me.
