Good hotel and value for money

Except that the hotel failed to arrange for airport pickup, it was a good experience and good budget apartment-hotel. The rooms were clean and bathroom neat. The housekeeping was well trained. The commode was a limitless lower than the normal and small.

second time to stay in this hotel and will always be our first choice next time we visit the country. accessible to shopping, hospital, church,school and public transportation(lrt/jeepney/taxi/tricycle). well-maintained and reliable service. had recommended this hotel to my friends in the u.s. if they happen to visit manila.
Restaurant Tip:
expect no restaurant or cafe in hotel since this is an apartment hotel but theres plenty of restaurants nearby.

New Policy very unfriendly to customers

Im a regular to this place or thats what I would consider myself and its unfortunate that the apartelle introduced a new policy to deposit 1 day rent upon check in. I mean that is crazy as with Agoda, I already paid for the room much in advance, I mean the amount has already been charged against my card and then now when I check in I have to give a deposit? I do not agree with their reason for doing this but this new policy turned me off and quite frnakly I might just book somewhere else next time. I have refered a lot of people to this hotel but it seems the management does not really care about its loyal customers, so I guess its bye for me.

the apartelle has seen better days. it's like you're suddenly brought back to nostalgic 80's. but the room is clean. all the important features are there: aircon, toilet & bath with hot water, kitchen with utensils, a 2-seater dining table, sala with a 20" lcd tv.
negative: staff in the frontdesk is the not very welcoming and friendly.
Hotel Feature Tip:
You can save on food by cooking and shopping in nearby SM grocery.

For You how like space,
Remote hotel, in a quiet area. With opportunities for whom how ask for, and have time for a longer stay.

i was looking for a longer vacation, in order to find some relaxing. in my view, this hotel, fulfilled my wishes. it took awhile, to find out the neighbourhood, but this was something, i had had in my mind, before my travelling.
a feeling of getting lost, can appear, but it's easy to ask for help. all that needs, is an open mind, and a sence of humility.
will we, so can we. it all depend on how we are. which tell us, how our staying will be. easy than, to fulfill time. meaning, is about how we want it to be, not about how others like us to be.
so, i got almost all of my expectations.
Restaurant Tip:
Not any fancy or for that matter any non-expectation around the corner. But, in the distance, or at the backyard you can find whatever you are looking for.

value money .......the only promblem i had was the in room safe? it was a metal tool box ........and even had to supply me own padlock
i was dispointed with the lack of proper in room safe
