Great location, good staff
The hotel is located just a short walk away from the greenbelt shopping malls. The staff is very accommodating. Rooms are kept in good condition.

The location and the staff quality made up for the shortcomings, in my view. There is a lack of free wifi (router can be rented), no iron and ironing board in the room (only rented), the breakfast needs to be ordered the night before and isn't that much (but always good to eat). The hotel is located just a 5 minute walk from the greenbelt malls with restaurants and cinemas. Even with the additional fees for wifi and the iron it is one of the best value for money hotels I have stayed in, while in Manila. Laundry service is available as well and charges per kilo instead of per item (still more than local laundry shops, of course), which makes a lot of difference. Again, even with the additional charges the convenience of the location and the services available make it very good value for money. Plus, many free wifi spots are available in the malls located nearby.
