7 minutes walk to mall (Greenbelt 1), cheap, clean room. Got MiniStop (like 7-11) convenience store. Cable tv. The reception area is small. Not presentable at all. Do not expect much in this hotel. I was surprised how small the reception area is (standing room). If you want a cheap hotel that has clean room which is near a mall then this is it. If you are the fussy type of person then this hotel is not for you. The hotel is also near a convenience store which is 24 hours open. For me, this hotel is good for a short stay. The hotel is 7 minutes walk to the Greenbelt and 12 minutes to Glorieta Mall. Going to Mall of Asia is just 15 minutes without traffic and about 90 pesos if you take a taxi. Going there on a busy day is a different story.
Shopping Tip : Go to Mall of Asia.

The room I am staying looks in good shape in term of cleanness, comfartable and bathroom facility. Unfortunately the room I stayed the air conditoner is very noisy the momnet you are turn it on. Also the hotel lift have some smell. Overall I have enjoyed my stay with BSA Mansion in Makati for one night. Everything in good shape in term of cleanness, comfartable and bathroom facility. But unfortunately the room I stayed the air conditoner is very noisy the momnet you are turn it on and this is quite disturbing.

Clean, close to green belt mall, apartment style interior, cheap room service, good A/C older rooms, firm mattress This place is huge and really cheap. I felt like i was staying at a friends house. Its not like your in a hotel. People live here. Im used to 3 star hotels so i dont mind if the paint and furnishings havn't been updated recently. Everything works and is clean. The street isnt too noisy at night cause its a one-way street. Its only 1 1/2 blocks to the Greenbelt mall which is probably the most expensive mall in the Philippines. Minimal amount of staff to deal with but house keeping was prompt. Really cheap room service for breakfast, only 150 pesos. The mattress was pretty firm but i slept alright and the wall A/C was cold, if only i could get housekeeping to stop turning it off every time they finished cleaning! Great value over all.
Hotel Feature Tip : Tell the taxi driver the street name Benevidez or they cant find the hotel. Its close to the renasaince

2. Cheap price 1. No wireless internet connectivity (dial-in is as good as not having a connection)
2. No DVD (charges P100 per day)
3. No iron and iron board (charges P250 per day)
4. Its advised to carry your own towels... I used their towels that they claimed as damaged and henc charged P510 for 2 towels The only good thing about BSA Manasion is its location. Though their price is low but considering that they charge extra for everything, it adds upto the same price that any other condotel will charge in that area. If given an option I will prefer Asia Mansion II as they have wireless internet facility. You can also try Prince Plaza II. As a matter of fact all these 3 facilities are managed and maintained by the same group and hence their is not much difference in the room facilities.

when I arrievd I was told no electric. would be fixed in 2 hours. No electric till 5.30am next day. No mini bar as shown, no internet. room nothing like on picture. I had no refund of no services

Within walking distance of all five Greenbelt shopping malls(or P100 by taxi) Being close to the malls opens manny places to dine, be it breakfast lunch or dinner. The trip to the Mall of Asia costs exactly P100, a must see. Hotel employees were friendly and helpful especially the security guard and the lady who cleaned the rooms. A 9:30 AM check to insure everyone is well in their room with followups before actually opening the room to see if you are alright. A very good policy I feel. Newspapers come on an irregular basis. As I said in my review to the hotel if they are supposed to come everyday then insure they are delivered each morning. The one lady who cleans the room so many days a week is very thorough and did an excellent job. Two men that cleaned in her absence were unsatisfactory as I reported. Bed needs to be replaced two much creaking and cracking. The staff was very friendly and helpful in all ways. If you needed a taxi the Security guard would obtain one. The ladies in the office were very helpful. An example was I wanted a DVD player to watch some movies. They had to go to one of their other hotels to get it and did so. The area around the hotel is very safe. A convience store is located right next door if needed. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again as I was very pleased with my stay. Sure everyone is not satisfied with the same things, but I went looking for another hotel and when I saw it and what was around it, I knew then I appreciated what I already had. I had no experience with eating in the hotel althought breakfast was available in the room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Let the hotel obtain outside transportation for you. If it is a taxi make sure it has a meter or that the price of the trip is agreed upon before departure

it was somehow very noisy, probably because of door bells. it was ringing incesantly. I like there.
i could hold a party there without any permission.
very clean, compared to other hotels in manila. i probably stay this condotel again when i go to the philippines again.

This hotel is apartment type, they have kitchen in room. it is close to greenbelt 1. The security is not enough, and they sometimes call no meter taxi. This hotel offer quite reasonable room rate and shopping area like greenbelt and glorietta is walking distance, quite close. there are not many people on the street in front of this hotel, so i did not feel safe at night. If you go out somewhere, i would recommend to take taxi.
Restaurant Tip : There is McDonald 200m away from this hotel to the east and Starbucks Coffee at the corner of greenbelt 1. If you want to have drinks or snacks, there is mini-stop convenience store just downstair of this hotel.

close to greenbelt and Mrt station. Very accessible, walking distance to the banks, starbucks, he spa and cinemas. the floor is dirty, the linens are stained. the outlets are not working and difficult internet connection The BSA mansion hotel is located in a very good location. Everything is just a stone throw away. i stayed in a superior studio for 2 days and 1 day in one bedroom suite. the floors are dirty, the linens are stained up and please dont forget to bring your personal hygiene materials.

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Room was always clean. Although taxis never seemed to know where it was, its in a good position, close to Glorietta. None that I could really find. Good value for what it was, would happily stay there on future visits. Actually in a very good position and area, once you can find it....taxi drivers cannot. Very short walk to supermarket and malls. The staff at the desk and those on duty at night were always happy to assist in any way....and nice to be able to get a daily paper.
Travel tip : If going from the airport......tell the driver its next to the Aim conference centre in Benevidez st. They always know that but not the bsa for some reason.

The great thing about this hotel is its location. It is clean but the amenities are old. Probably needs some refurbishing.
Shopping Tip : Greenbelt is just around the corner.
