BSA Suites Hotel, Manila

I stayed in the hotel for two weeks because of the location (walking distance to malls), the room size(had several family gatherings and needed a large room), and mainly because I did not want the hassel of moving. I originally signed up for one week in which I had to change rooms twice since the bed broke with the first room and the second room AC was sucking in dust from nearby construction. The 3rd room was furnished nicely and was roomy but the had bad plumbing in the bath room that they tried to fix but could not (the toilet could only be flushed once every 5 minutes and the drain in the shower backed up some. The plumbing was bad but my biggest complaint is that they would only provide 2 towels and wanted to charge P50 for any additional towels even though they did not provide any towels for the swimming pool. If the swimming pool was used which I did on most days, I would have to always call for additional towels. I have never had a hotel be so stingy on providing needed towels since we had 3 in our room and they would only provide two towels. I am so disgusted with this hotel with the bad plumbing and making me call every day to get more than the two towels when they have a swimming pool.

BSA Suites Hotel is definitely my first choice of stay for my short business trip, for its location, cleanliness, decent size of the hotel suite for a good rate.

The hotel is currently under renovation and upgrading work in phases. The lighting in the apartment that i stayed had been improved. I hope the old and faulty vertical blinds will be replaced; overall, i had a pleasant stay each time. I would recommend BSA Suites to everyone especially for business traveller with short stay.
