Great location to CBD and shopping area. The hotel is currently under renovation and upgrading work in phases. The lighting in the apartment that i stayed had been improved. I hope the old and faulty vertical blinds will be replaced; overall, i had a pleasant stay each time. I would recommend BSA Suites to everyone especially for business traveller with short stay.

Location and friendly staff. None, because all have been improved! A pleasant surprise to me by the newly painted accent wall in living room and bedroom, fabric sofa, new fabric curtain and the air-con worked fine. This is a great improvement and look forward to the fully ungraded BSA Suites Hotel.
Shopping Tip : Greenbelt is just 5 minutes walk from BAS, Glorietta and The Landmark are just across Makati Avenue. Good for those who enjoy short shopping trip.

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff Furniture are very old, broken venetian blinds are not replaced, old and noisy air-conditioning. BSA Suites will be my first chocie of stay in Makati City for my short business trip because of its locality. The staff are friendly and always greet the guests. They are generally helpful and attentive to guests' enquiry and request. However, the furniture are old and the air-conditioning is noisy. Hope this can be imporved.
Shopping Tip : Proximity to Greenbelt shopping mall and plenty of small restaurants and bars just around the corner.

The big hotel room like home.
Closer to airport and very close to business center and shopping malls. Fitness gym should be improved. I enjoyed staying overnight at BSA Suites Hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. It is closer to the airport and very close to business establishments and shopping malls. For a short period of time, I managed to finish my shopping. I like also the combination of fitness gym and swimmingpool facilities to start the day with an exercise.

Location near the airport Breakfast and Transfer to the airport, apparently advertised the free but with costs This is a hotel that is another Aparthotel. With a fourth and a good room it seems appropriate for stays longer than ours. Integrated in a building with some old but well maintained. The only need of some improvements in the bathroom. For a stay of several nights would be a chance to consider. For stays of one night that I can get better. Well located for those who use the Manila International Airport.
