this is our third time staying at bsa. we like it because it has kitchenette, wifi, gym and pool. the hotel is clean and staff are friendly. breakfast was included in our previous stay but i must say that the hotel needs to improve their catering service.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Room So-So

We chose the hotel for its location. It was a pleasant surprise that the breakfast is delivered to the room. While the room had a nice functional layout, a sour spot for us was that the floors felt dusty and unclean, which I think is a basic requirement for any hotel.

Hotel is near the malls and there are convenient stores nearby. The room is nothing spectacular but clean. One bad thing though is the elevator is too slow, and most of the time only one is functioning.

Old Hotel but good location

The hotel/facilities are older, but it was relatively well kept. Just bad luck however, the first night we stayed there, the mattress smelled pretty bad. The next day, we asked that the bed be changed otherwise requested to switch to another room. The staff was very accommodating, they did change out the mattress and sheets for us.
We stayed in the one bedroom premier, it was pretty spacious,three adults and two children fit comfortably- one bedroom, a couch and the staff provided us with an extra mattress. The kitchen space was nice to have, small fridge and even a few pots and pans, silverware, glasses and plates.
So all in all, a good value for the money and once again, the staff and management were friendly and helpful.

i had some personal work at aim, manila and hence started looking for hotels nearby when i found a good deal on bsa suites. the best thing about this property is its location as its located next to the greenbelt mall, aim and there are tonnes of restaurants nearby. its good value for money as i just had to pay per night which is a steal for this property. however, dont expect too many luxuries. room is basic but clean and comfortable. there is a micro wave in the room and they serve a decent breakfast in the morning. room itself is pretty spacious and you'll have a comfortable sleep. overall, its an average property which needs to be renovated as currently, it looks quite dated. but the staff do take care of cleanliness and dont let the dated look of the property become too much of an issue.

Nice hotel. The swimming-pool on the topfloor is a nice feature! What`s most disappointing is that they had a kitchen in every room but NO tools for making food. No pots or pans! I wanted a few extra glasses but it wasn`t possible bc they said "they were out of stock" Location is 5 mins from the Greenbelt and its a safe area. Nice staff, but they dont follow up ur requests very fast.

Loads of nice resturants in Greenbelt!
