This Hotel is close to Greenbelt mall, church, banks, restaurant etc. The room is just average with free wifi and it comes with breakfast.The staff are friendly and very accommodating to our every request.If you want to enjoy nightlife, shopping and just need a place to sleep, this is perfect for you. Most of all, the price is right.
Shopping Tip:
Take a taxi and go to Greenhills mall for shopping.

Staff are courteous and easy to give help. Rooms are ok but needs updating. This is my 3rd stay in the hotel but still having issues in flexibility of time.

Basic room. Wifi slow but it worked ok. Airphi airline office just down the street from hotel, great for booking inter island flights. Restaurants everywhere in greenbelt mall areas. Pasey City is close by to take buses south to other islands. LRT is near the location too.

Affordable hotel in CBD
Great location, big rooms, looks newly renovated

The hotel is right in front of a major shopping and dining destination in makati. The rooms look newly renovated compared to its sister-company hotels. TV has complete cable channels. The cheapest rate you can get gives you a much bigger compared to other similarly priced hotels in the area. Located in the central business district so it's accessible to business and entertainment establishments in the heart of the city.
Restaurant Tip:
Right across you will find Zuni which is a good restaurant.

The hotel is located just across Greenbelt 5 where there are restaurants and shops.

Good location and reasonable room rates. The building is a bit old but the interior has undergone recent renovation. Location is great as it is very near to shopping malls and other attractions in makati city. Note that the hotel does not provide toothpaste or toothbrush. Internet is free!!!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Upon check-in, you are asked to indicate a time for your breakfast to be served to your room. I wrote mine as 7:30am. Day 1 - it was 7:50am and breakfast did not arrive. I called the F&B hotline and they eventually served breakfast at 8am. In other words, the breakfast service might not be reliable.

Great Location but very old and in need of repairs

The entry into the hotel is like a shop lot. 3 people I have asked to either take me to the hotel and or meet me there do not know where the hotel is, and one of them is a driver!
The lift is very old and the lifts' floor are in need of repair.
I had the 1 bed room apartment. Room is clean but with very old used furnitures! Everything in the room seems like a mix and match, style by someone with very old furniture pieces.
There is no restaurant in the hotel. But this is ok as there are lots of eateries across the road - 2 mins walk.
The 2 aircons in the apartment works but with a low humming that seems doubly loud in the night.
Toilet is bear essential.

Big rooms, great location

we stayed in a fully furnished studio appartment on the 23rd floor and had a great view. the bed was very comfortable and the room was big. the bathroom looked like it was newly renovated and was clean. the kitchen area was in very good condition and was also spotless. the kitchen lacked a mico wave oven, a jug or kettle in which to heat water for tea or coffee. however we did get a jug when requested one. actually there were no cooking implements availabe, but they said they wouls supply them on request. some negatives: very poor television reception and the breakfast was cold and horrible. we only stayed for two night so it wasn't too much of a problem. the free wifi was a good addition too. all-in-all we enjoyed our stay.
