Room was average but hotel is situated in the heart of makati. It is a good budget hotel with friendly staff. The only problem was their not so friendly elevator as sometimes it closed on you and a couple of times only one out of 4 was working...other than that it was enjoyable

Overall it's a budget hotel in terms of location. Room is tidy but not well maintained. Ideal for family stay as it is spacious but not for couple if you are looking for an "emotional" one.

My Second Time Here
Convenience to shopping and restaurants

I stayed here back in 2011 and came back in Dec 2012 because I enjoyed it so much. It is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. I was familiar with the place and the some of the people were still there from my last visit. The staff was very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location but very poor furniture & breakfast

Very disappointing experience for the following:
1. Badly furniture especially in bedroom.
2. No phone in bedroom.
3. Breakfast very poor & not worth paying for.
4. Gym with antiquated equipment Not safe to use.
5. Jacuzzi is very dirty & with broken edges.
6. Badly needs face lift.
7. Poor value for what they charge.
8. Wi-Fi very slow
Travel tip:
Not recommended until renovated.

Great Location!
The hotel is located just across Greenbelt 5 where there are restaurants.

I stay here many times on business and things work well.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is a Seven-Eleven convenience store at the ground floor of the hotel. Makes it easy to locate the hotel (as most taxi drivers can't find it), and easy for you to grab a snack or drink when you need one.

Have stayed in Makiti numereous times and decided to try here. This a an apartment style hotel like the Somerset owned chain hence the rooms were a good size. Overall the standard of accomodation was OK but the hotel needs some renovation. Breakfast was provided. The quality was basic - rice, one egg and spam, cordial

A huge space ... all for me!!

The BSA Tower rooms, as described in their website, were indeed a bit old, however, it is really spacious. I love the fact that i have all this space on my own, considering my flat in Singapore is really far out from this. For those who will book this hotel, don't expect high level amenities as they don't have, but the bed, the room, and the service from housekeeping, breakfast, and reception are more than enough. Well I don't think you will also spend the rest of the day in the hotel as the Greenbelt malls are just across the street. The BSA tower is indeed good enough for a place where you can really rest and rejuvenate.

Nice spacious rooms and clean but hotel was very hard to find when even with a driver. Also hotel is hidden from sight had to look very hard for sign BSA tower. Location in terms of shopping very nice right across the street also restaurants in walking distance. Besides difficulty finding hotel it was a good place to stay over night especially since its only 15 minutes from ninoy international airport

I satyed here for two nights and the room was spacious, clean and affordable. The location was nice and right next to Greenbelt so everything was right outside the front door of hotel.
I could not have asked for a better location and accomodations for the pricing. Simple breakfast. I requested a change of menu and it was done promptly and correctly. Eggs, toast bacon and juice was enough to start my day which was included in price of booking
If I needed to do some simple cooking, everything I needed was there in the kitchen. Micro wave, hot pot for water, rice cooker and refrigerator.
Definitely want to thank all the staff who work at hotel!
Shopping Tip:
Go out the front of hotel and there the mall is.
