No problems checking in. Room was comfortable with a small kitchenette. Starbucks and the Greenbelt right across the road, with many good resturants. Will stay again.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel is right across the road from one of Manila's premier shopping districts. The malls (5 of them) are better than the Mall of Asia and are less crowded.

I would highly recommended BSA tower to my friends in the states for as long as price is competitive and affordable for fellow tourist. Thus, food is delicious but better if given more choices for breakfast rather than pre picked by management. My kids was happy enough because the place is situated across the greenbelt mall, more preferably if the hotel is provided with a swimming pool.

The room we stayed in was spacious, 40sqm++, but it was dimly lit (only 3 flourescent lights). The refrigerator did not work so we had to call the front desk, the maintenance guy arrived a few minutes later and then he said that he would just replace the ref (which he did after around 20 mins). There were 2 desk lamps in the room but lo and behold, the plugs were round while the room's electrical sockets were flat. This rendered the lamps near useless, since we had to wait until we were given only 1 adaptor. The bathroom stank, good thing the hotel was near a mall so we were able to buy air freshener. Choose this hotel only if you have a tight budget.

The hotel is nice. The staff serves with a smile and they are very accomodating. The room is big and the bed is ok. They serve breakfast in the room. The only thing i notice is there are small ants on top of thier ref. I guests they didnt bother to clean it. Hope it will not happen again. Eventhough it happen i still recommend it to everyone because they have a great location.

It was indeed a good stay.Across the road is Greenbelt 5,the chapel very near and The Landmark and Glorietta was just a neighbor.I will recommend this place to our friends here in Perth.God bless.

Accommodating Staff
the room was clean and aircon was in good working condition (cool and no noise).

Staff at BSA Suites (Palanca St) were very accommodating. We were originally booked at BSA Tower (Legaspi St), however, due to power outage we were moved to BSA Suites. They called us the morning before we were set to arrive in Makati. Staff offered to give us free transfers between the 2 hotels. They also upgraded our room to a 1 bedroom unit.
