Great locations

things i really like in this hotel is near to the shopping malls and many restaurants to dine out.

Its nice to stay near to the shopping malls and night life and many restaurants. but it seemed to have a dust problem after rooms clean later seems dust already.and when u go to the hallway waiting the lift seems to have a funny smell.

Big rooms with kitchenettes, clean, but outdated

BSA Tower Makati is reasonably priced and well located. It's right across Greenbelt 5 and is a stone's throw from chic bars and restaurants, plus high-end shops (Louis Vuitton, Prada, Gucci, etc.). The studio I rented was spacious. Air conditioning was good. All units have balconies, but the doors leading to them are always locked per hotel policy (I imagine this will be a problem for smokers).
There is no restaurant here, as it is a condominium-hotel, but you can simply cross the street to access good bistros. There's a 7/11 downstairs. Breakfast is delivered to your room, as there is no breakfast room.
Shopping Tip:
This is right across Greenbelt 5, which houses Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, and other upscale shops and restaurants. It's a short walk to cheaper malls like Landmark.

hotel has the best location to the greenbelt/glorietta mall. there is a 7-11 convenient store at the ground floor. The hotel is old and it needs a lot of renovation. the window drapery and the flooring need to be replaced. the air conditiong was not working to its maximum and so i feel hot even with the aircondition on. In the kitchen, the rice cooker was not working and the stove was working on and off. the microwave was making a lot of noise when you turn it on. The kitchen needs a lot of renovation. Not enough cutlery and dishes. The staff told me that if i need extra towel, i have to pay extra for P50 which is a shock to me. They only provide one towel per person. Considering that it is extremely hot over there, i need to take showe three times a day. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The condo-hotel is situated right next to one of the country's best shopping mall. We stayed at a 2-bedroom unit with 2 toilet and bath, huge living room, decent sized kitchen with functional fridge.
Shopping Tip:
greenbelt shopping mall is situated right next to bsa tower. nice place to dine and shop. make sure to carry lots of cash or card though as greenbelt carries those highend expensive brands.

Old rooms but Great location with cheaper price

Location is great, pricing is fine. My wife loves the place coz its infront Greenbelt 5. All other shopping location is just a stroll away. There are many restaurants near this hotel and a 711 beside it. Although breakfast food is a let down, i still find the room pricing cheaper. After all, you can find restaurants nearby. Church is also near at Greenbelt area. THe one major letdown of this hotel is the free bottled water which was provided only during check-in. The room boy told us that guest who stays more than a day are not provided free bottled water on their next day stay!
Shopping Tip:
Greenbelt 1-5 is beside it...Landmark is just a throw away, Glorietta is a stroll away, likewise SM

This is the 3rd time I have used this hotel. I travel to Manila each month for work. This hotel is in a perfect location for me right across the road from Greenbelt 5, and close to the business area in Ayala Avenue.
The room I had this time was perfect. In the past I have had issues with hot water but this trip was great. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

Good location, big rooms but needs repainting.
Near Greenbelt where almost everything is within walking distance.

The hotel is undergoing repainting and construction at the time of my stay. Maybe this is the reason why there is no AC in the hallway. It is ok, however, the door knob in my assigned room is defective thus it is very difficult to open and told the operator to fix it or replace it during the day.
It was not fixed when i returned in the evening - and there was no reason given to me why it was not attended to.
