Nice roomy rooms and friendly staff
6.3
The room was big. My friends and I were able to enjoy each others company and not be cramped in a small hotel room. But the breakfast needs improvement.
Restaurant Tip:
There are lots of good places to eat. Shopping too. It is just right across the street.

Not worth the money.
Next to Greenbelt, in Makati.

There are better places to stay for this price. Pick another hotel.
I don't believe I was given the room that I paid for here. the room was shabby. I have stayed in the other BSA serviced apartments complex and they always opened the door to the veranda for me. This time, the person told me they are not opening the veranda anymore. I believe it was because they were lazy. For the price, you could get much much better at another hotel. The service varies, some people are helpful but most of the employees are difficult to deal with. Many ants in the living room. Broken hot water maker, cold breakfast, and so on..

had to check out 1 day earlier but had to pay full week
would not mind staying for 1 month if rate is good
aircon temp hard to adjust
improvement: 1.place chairs in reception area ( no lobby) for guests waiting or to wait for pick ups nr front entrance
2. assigned parking for guests and visitors
3. clean and improve swimming and play area on upper deck

the rooms we checked in looked different everytime. we don't mind that it's not a fancy 5 star hotel...ergo the price, so no complains from us as long as the room, bed, kitchen, and bathroom are updated, big enough, clean and comfortable. they have met our standards every time. although, the location is but perfect! we would book again and again as long as the price remain the same.

Location, Location, Location!
1) Right at Greenbelt 5. 2) Spacious rooms (since it is an apartment building). 3) Great selection of TV channels if you manage to spend time in the rooms
6.7
Cons:
1) No wifi at all and the LAN internet connection was not working when we went. 2) Forget the breakfast, there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in Greenbelt. 3) Rooms are old, we had 2x one bedroom deluxe suite (#1901 was much older and rundown but larger than #1902, which was slightly more modern but the shower was weak and cold). 4) No Smoking in building policy.
This is great if you just need a place to stay and convenient for shopping, since traffic is such a nightmare in Manila!
I booked a 2 bedroom suite which for some reason was not available and they compensated by providing 2x 1 bedroom suites which would have cost more.
Shopping Tip:
There is so much shopping to do, literally from the hotel you can walk across to Greenbelt 5, then to 4,3,2, then to Landmark, then to Glorietta and then to SM Mall. You DO NOT need to go all the way to SM Mall of Asia unless you have time and really want to.
Watch live performances, their singing and live bands are the best!

i have stayed in this hotel many times. past rooms were ok, but this time, the studio was filled with cabinets not matching each other. cabinets were just lined up thus cramping up the room. overall service was good.

Good location poorly appointed and old
3.7
Check in ok but when I arrived there was a photo shoot going on in the room. Was given another room they where polite about it.The room itself was large with one very small t.v in the lounge none in the bedroom. The furniture what was in the room was strange and dated. There was a small kitchen also very sparse and no kettle. There is no wi-fi also the lighting was very poor. The air con was very loud it sounded like a cement mixer in the room.Best thing going for this place is its location as it is opposite Greenbelt 5.
