Don't stay here.

Breakfast was ice cold every morning. Rooms were seriously worn, couch, table, chair. Internet access (wifi)was poor at best. Towels were worn thin and did not provide face cloths or adequate toilet paper or tissues.Will never stay at this hotel again even though it was directly across street from the Greenbelt.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. The internet can be slow and unreliable. Well the good news is, the internet is FREE!
I know the hotel is undergoing renovations and have already improved. Keep it up BSA! But more can be done.

We have stayed at BSA Tower several times before. It is in a very good location, close to Greenbelt 5, Landmark and Ayala center. Our room was "refurbished" but could be better if it has a larger TV, a few more pieces of furniture (bed table, comfortable chair). The towels (frayed at the edges) should be changed. The room rates while still reasonable for the location, is getting to be at the higher end of similar level accommodations in the area given what one gets. In general, our stay was pleasant. However, I will be considering other hotels in the area the next time we visit.

this is a condotel, my room reminded me of a new york studio flat. It's not a new property and it looks a bit rundown but it's just in front of greenbelt5, very safe, easy taxi, with all shopping and dining options across the street. The price is great for the location
